WE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING ONLY STATIONARY RENTALS 2019 Rockwood Mini Lite 2509S travel trailer for rent. Go to YouTube and do a search to see a video of this model. Please feel free to do a Google search for more pictures and amenities. The trailer is the increasingly popular murphy queen bed model that allows you to fold up your bed in the daytime and use the couch underneath with its two recliner chairs. The kids or smaller adults will enjoy the double over-sized bunks and the u-shaped dinette also folds down into a decent sized bed for an adult or maybe even two smaller children. It has ducted air conditioning throughout as well as heating, a nice kitchen setup, TV, outdoor kitchen with two grills and refrigerator. This is our personal unit so it will be well-equipped with things like linens for the queen bed, blankets, paper and plastic ware, serving and cooking utensils, some games, camp chairs and table, fold out camping mat, coffee maker. For the bunks and dinette, you should probably bring your own sleeping bags and/or linens. The unit is currently only available for stationary rentals at camping areas within a reasonable distance from Divide CO Please note that we are dog owners and they travel with us when we use the trailer. Therefore if you are sensitive to that, this may not be the unit for you. Pets are allowed but we do charge an additional cleaning fee because of the extra time it takes to get it cleaned. No smoking of tobacco or cannabis is allowed in the unit, just do that outside as we have a hefty cleaning fee for smoke/pot smells.
