She's located in South Denver, Colorado, sleeps up to SIX, and is ideal for first time RVer's, families seeking adventure, nature lovers, and those looking to get away and find some peace. Just bring clothes, buy some food (or we can do the shopping for you as an add-on) and you are ready to roll! Here’s what’s included: - Step-by-step in person training so you can drive with confidence - Pick up @9:00am, Drop off at 4pm (additional time may be purchased at $40/hr) - slide out for extra room and comfort - Sheets, pillows, blankets, towels - Shampoo, conditioner and body wash - Plates, cups, utensils, kitchen equipment - Spices, pots, pans, basic cooking necessities - Coffee and tea (Keurig) - Bug spray, sunscreen, first-aid kit, fire extinguisher - Fun family games and puzzles - (2) outdoor chairs - Electric Fireplace - Queen size murphy bed, new mattress - New, 50" TV - Inside/Outside speakers - Outdoor propane grill - Nice, private bathroom and shower - Backup camera - Septic safe toilet paper - Full gas and propane tanks - Full freshwater tank - Empty Sewer/Gray Water tanks We will arrange pick-up/delivery to your location, walk you through learning to drive, and even offer a Hassle-Free Returns (we dump the poop). **FALL SPECIALS** **Weekly and Monthly Discounts** Small dogs up to 25 lbs are welcome (additional fee) and we offer rental equipment (think camping gear and paddle boards). Please inform of us if you are bringing a furry family member or need any equipment. Other things to note: Absolutely NO SMOKING! We will keep security deposit if you smoke! Small dog up to 25 lbs with $125 non refundable pet deposit Drivers must be over age 25. Please note: ONLY 5 PASSENGERS CAN LEGALLY RIDE while driving. There are 5 seatbelts, however, this RV can sleep up to 6 people.
