Its relatively lightweight and aerodynamic shape makes it easy to tow with most mid-size SUVs and trucks (3,500+ lb tow capacity required). We've made convenient upgrades all around, such as adding additional stabilizers on all corners, and supplying a removable tongue jack to ensure you have full clearance to open your tow vehicle's tailgate or hatch! Comforts of Home & Entertainment We are ready for just about anything—from off-grid boondocking to a full-hookup RV site. The trailer features a 5,000 BTU A/C unit for hot summer days, a propane furnace for chilly mountain nights, and a fully functioning indoor bathroom (toilet and wet-bath shower). The mattress is an upgraded camper queen that is incredibly comfortable and spacious. To set the perfect vibe, there are tons of lights inside and out, plus a built-in radio with Bluetooth and speakers to soundtrack your trip! Outdoor Living Setup Why stay inside when you're in Colorado? We include an outdoor rug with stakes, two comfortable "director-style" camp chairs, and an outdoor folding table so you can enjoy your meals in the fresh air. A freestanding awning is also available upon request to give you plenty of shade! Fully Stocked & Ready We keep the trailer stocked with all the necessities so you just need to bring your clothes and food! Includes: clean sheets, camping towels, a set of dishes for four, basic cookware, RV-safe toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. Dog Friendly! We have two dogs and love taking them on adventures, so we aren't going to stop you from taking yours along as well! Our only ask is that if you do, we will include a battery-powered vacuum with the pet fee and ask that you do a careful sweep for dog hair before returning it. Work From Anywhere Going for an extended trip or needing to get some work done? Add on our 3000W generator and Starlink internet to crush emails with the best scenery the country offers. Delivery & Setup Available! Don't have a tow vehicle or just want to arrive with camp already set up? We offer delivery, setup, and teardown to nearby campgrounds and state parks (like Chatfield, Cheyenne Mountain, and Jellystone). Just select the delivery option at checkout, show up, and start relaxing! The Technical Stuff / Rules: Tow Vehicle: Must have a 2-inch ball, a 7-pin round wiring connector, and an electronic brake controller. Tanks: The trailer holds 24 gallons of fresh water, an 18-gallon gray tank, and a 17-gallon black tank. Please return the trailer with the black and gray tanks empty, or select our hassle-free "Pre-Paid Dump Fee" add-on at checkout and we will handle the dirty work! No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the trailer. A heavy cleaning fee will be applied if smoke odor is detected. Off-Roading: Betty loves a good adventure! Maintained dirt and gravel county roads are perfectly fine, but please, no extreme 4x4 trails or rock crawling. Festivals: Festival friendly? Yes, but please message us with the details of your festival before booking so we can approve it! Generator Add-On: Comes with a full tank, plus a spare gas can of pre-treated fuel. Please only use the fuel from the provided can (if you run out, you can refill the can with standard unleaded at the pump). Please return both the generator and the spare can full, or a $25 refueling fee will apply.
