ABOUT OUR CAMPER: This travel trailer is loaded with all of the amenities you need, yet light weight making it a breeze to tow! Before you enter come check out the exterior features. You will enjoy the convenience of the outside kitchen with a pull-out cooktop and a refrigerator. Nearby there is also a gas griddle The drop frame pass-through storage area is ideal for your larger items such as an outdoor mat, bags of charcoal, firewood and such. Inside your kids can sleep comfortably on the double size bunks, and you will enjoy the private front bedroom. You can also cook and shower in this trailer, so no more hotel expenses or public facilities needed! *Feel free to message with any other questions you may have after reviewing listing description! **LISTING DESCRIPTION DETAILS ** SLEEPING/LINENS: Comfortably sleeps 8. One Queen size bed in private master room. Two large bunk beds with privacy drapes (can sleep 2 adults or 4 children). One foldout dinette bed that sleeps 2 Adults. And two recliner chairs. Main area will comfortably fit a baby crib if needed. LINEN OPTIONS: 1. *WE ASK THAT YOU BRING YOUR OWN LINENS! 2. WE OFFER 'LINENS INCLUDED' AT ADDITIONAL FEE OF $90.00. (Details of what's included listed below under ' OPTIONAL UPGRADES) •Sheets •Pillowcases •Blankets •Wash clothes •Towels **(Pillows and comforters will be Supplied at no additional charge) ** KITCHEN: Our kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you’ll need while enjoying the beautiful outdoors! Spacious Fridge & freezer, gas stove, gas oven, spacious pantry for dry goods, pots, pans, utensils, cutting boards, can opener, Keurig for coffee, pots and pans, plates, cups, bowls, etc... You'll be ready to make any meal at ease! OUTDOOR KITCHEN: Perfect for cooking while enjoying the beautiful outdoors! Pullout (Blackstone) gas flat top grill, Mini Frig. (Ideal for keeping you drinks cold without taking up space in the main frig.) Portable automatic ice maker and a sink. OUTDOOR SPACE: You'll find relaxing outside just as enjoyable as the inside with two camping chairs, two loungers, 1 full size table, 1 mini folding side table, table and bench covers, two outdoor rugs, and smore roasting sticks. *Need additional supplies? Let us know and we'll stock it for you. TOWING: For towing, you will have to have a full-size pickup truck to pull trailer. Truck needs towing capacity of 8,500lbs. We will supply weight distribution hitch and sway bars. OPTIONAL UPGRADES: DELIVERY: Rather have us deliver trailer and set it up for you? Not a problem! We can arrange delivery, set-up and pickup almost anywhere at an additional cost. Delivery would also require the dumping fee as well. (Stated below) GENERATOR: If your planning on Boon Docking, we offer a generator at an additional cost as well. We will supply a full propane tank. $200 refundable deposit $50 per day LINES : Will include Sheets for King bed, the two bunk beds, and fold out dinette sleeper. 6 pillowcases, 6 towels, 6 wash cloths, and 4 Blankets. Beds will be made and ready to go! $90.00 DUMPING: If you do not feel like dumping your gray and black water (Waste). We have a ‘hassle free dumping’ fee of $150.00. PETS: • $275 refundable Pet Deposit required. • A MAX of 2 DOGS is allowed. NO OTHER ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED! We ask that you do not allow dogs on couch’s/ sofa chairs and beds! If your dog(s) are wet, please keep them outside until they are dry. We will supply the water and food bowl for your fur-baby(s). PADDLE-BOARD RENTAL: $200 refundable deposit $75 rental fee We have 1 blowup paddle-board you are welcome to rent. It's very durable and easy to blow up. Paddle board will come with a double paddle to make cruising around the lake a breeze. We will supply 2 life jackets. Smoking: NO SMOKING ALLOWED The trailer must be returned in clean condition, without damage. If it is not clean or there is damage not previously noted at possession, cleaning and repair costs will be deducted from your deposit.
