“Casa Pequeña” This NoBoundaries has everything needed for a fantastic getaway. We refer to this rig as our Casa Pequeña(small house), it is serving us great as a home away from home. We have been able to take numerous fantastic trips, from quick weekend getaways, to extended weeklong multi destination trips very comfortably. We have received excellent feedback on previous renters and can't wait to add yours to the list. Unit is winterized and will need to be de-winterized and re-winterized with each trip. During Winter Season, unit will need to have constant power and heat during use to prevent any freezing of water services. ---Full bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. ---Air conditioner ---Furnace ---Stove, convection microwave ---Outside cooking station with griddle(connected to main propane) ---Fully enclosed belly with tank heaters for colder months. ---Curt Beast Mode suspension with tire pressure monitoring. This suspension system makes for a nicer transporting experience, less trailer sway and bucking as well as trailer clearance. ---Solar with inverter ---Large 12v fridge ---12v television with antenna ---Electric powered tongue Jack ---High pressure spraying hose next to entrance for easy cleaning of anything necessary. ---Electric powered awing.(not to be left open unattended or in high wind/severe weather.) Sleeps; ---Queen Murphy bed sleeps 2 and folds up to double as couch for a sitting area. ---Double over Double bunk beds(best for 1-2 kids or one adult each bunk). ---30” wide Dinette, converts to bed and will sleep one adult or possible 2 children. Storage; Hanging Closet storage on either side of queen bed, under couch, under dinette, under bottom bunk from inside as well as bottom bunk can be flipped up to allow additional storage that is accessible through a rear hatch. ---Anti sway weight distribution hitch included with rental. Trailer Weight; ---This is a decently light camper considering all of the amenities it includes, this is one of the reasons we purchased it. ---Trailer weight is 4720lbs dry, fresh water tank is 30gal which ads 250lbs(8.4lbs/gal). Max weight capacity of this trailer with water and all gear is 7668lbs. We average around 5200lbs total trailer weight being towed when we hit the road with gear and water, your weight will vary based on what you bring with you. There are numerous mid-size and full-size SUVs that are capable of towing this, or of course a truck. We will ask you about your tow vehicle prior to approving rental to ensure your's and other's on the road's safety and as well as the safety of our rig. We suggest you verify your vehicle's towing capacity with any trailer you rent. Rules; No Smoking. No legal/illegal recreation drugs Colorado Use only No Climbing on roof
