(Must coordinate with us ahead of time) #Cleaning Requirements Mandatory $60 Cleaning Fee: This covers professional cleaning and disinfecting of the trailer after your stay to ensure a fresh and sanitary experience for the next guests. Additional Charges: If the trailer is returned in excessively dirty condition, a $150 excessive cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. If the black/grey water tanks are not emptied and flushed, a $150 charge will be taken from the security deposit. #What You Will Need Bring your own linens, comforters, blankets, pillows and towels. ✔ Tow vehicle capable of towing 9440 lbs. ✔ Hitch + Weight and sway (or rent one from us!) *refers to the system used when towing a trailer ✔ Tow mirrors (if required for your vehicle) Don’t have a tow vehicle?
