Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Communication * Renters must notify Go West Adventures as soon as possible if they anticipate arriving late. * Please provide an updated estimated time of arrival (ETA) if your arrival time changes. * On pickup day, please text when you are approximately 30 minutes away. * On return day, please text when you are approximately 1 hour away from returning the RV. Grace Period A one-hour grace period is provided for both pickup and return appointments. Late Fees After the one-hour grace period has expired, a late fee of $100 for each additional hour or portion of an hour will be charged until the RV is picked up or returned. Appointment Rescheduling If you are more than one hour late, your pickup or return appointment may need to be rescheduled based on availability. Go West Adventures cannot guarantee immediate service for late arrivals, as other appointments and business obligations may take priority. No-Show Policy If you fail to communicate and do not arrive within one hour of your scheduled pickup or return appointment, you may be considered a no-show, and your appointment may be rescheduled at the next available time. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide a smooth and timely experience for all guests Awning Use: To help keep rental costs down and ensure the trailer remains in excellent condition for all guests, use of the awning is not permitted. RV awnings are one of the most commonly damaged components due to sudden wind gusts, rain, and improper operation. These damages are often not covered by insurance and can result in significant repair costs. Thank you for understanding and helping us protect the trailer. Estimated Replacement Cost: A damaged RV awning typically costs $2,000–$5,000+ to repair or replace, depending on the size of the awning and whether the arms, motor, or sidewall of the trailer are also damaged. Wind-related awning damage is commonly excluded from rental protection plans and may not be covered by insurance. RULES • No smoking ($500 fee) • No awning use ($400 fee) Pets are allowed.
