The luxury stay-cation on the go. The camper trailer will host 6 comfortably and up to 10 (depending on size), 2 bunks(max 300 Lbs each), 1 table conversion to bed, 1 futon couch to bed and 1 Queen bed. Both the master bed and bunk bed areas have privacy curtains. Linens are $75 for all 6 areas which include a blanket, sheet(s) and pillow's it also includes bath and face towels and an additional throw blanket or Master bedroom linens only for $30. Kitchen includes dish and cloth towels, dish/hand soap, table settings for 10(bowls, plates, silverware, place mats, and cups) coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils, measuring cup/spoons, baking sheet, pitcher, etc. We also include the basic complimentary coffee with filters, salt, pepper, flour, sugar, coffee, olive oil, and cooking spray. Complimentary chairs, outdoor area rug(s), wheel chock(s), small tarp(s), fire pit sticks, dominoes, playing cards, coloring books and crayons(upon request), picnic blanket, basket, and cooler. Brand new refrigerator w freezer, conventional oven and stove. Television with DVD and Bluetooth stereo inside. Distribution hitch with sway bars and all parts are included. Pet deposit $75 Linens - Blankets, sheets, pillows, towels and washcloths all 6 areas $30 2 full 30 lb propane tanks supplied. Simply refill when done or pay $40 refill fee each. Remember you're on a limited supply of water if not hooked up to city water. Anything I missed ? simply ask. Upon return we ask that you clean up the inside, wipe down all surfaces, sweep out dirt, and clean all dishes. You are required to empty the black and gray holding tanks unless otherwise pre-arranged with service fee.
