2021 Grand Design comes with a stocked kitchen, the Theater recliners are very comfortable to kick back and watch a movie after a long day. Tows like a dream with a half ton vehicle. I make sure the RV is sanitized after each use. I have also put waterproof mattress encasements on all the beds the day it came home from the dealer. The out door kitchen has a gas stove and mini fridge. I include a RV mat, 4 camp chairs. I have other camping items available on request to make your experience the best it can be. **NOTE 24 HOUR NOTICE required for booking **NOTE Linens available for additional fee **NOTE Delivery available on a case by case basis, Delivery is done by another company so payment is separate to them.Also delivery is depending on if they are available during your dates. Generator available upon request for additional fee. **NOTE applies to delivery… renter will be responsible for the dump fee $100 and propane tank refill. Typically we do not offer delivery for less than 4 night stay . **Note if toilet comes back clogged there will be a $500 fee ( let’s face it no one wants to deal with that) **If RV is returned without the holding tanks dumped then there is a $300 charge it is very inconvenient to take this to the nearest dump) ** There is also a $50 fee for keys not returned. **Note tow vehicle must be rated for this RV Most of the time 10:00 CST is as late as I respond.
