This trailer is great for use on BLM land, and it’s the perfect size for visiting any National Park. Its small frame is designed to be pulled by most mid-sized SUVs. This Mid Range XL Hiker Trailer has absolutely everything you need to embark on your next adventure, including Truma refrigerator/freezer, Coleman stove, collapsible outdoor sink, hot running water with an outdoor shower, and a Maxx Fan to help keep cool on those warmer nights. Plenty of storage and can be rented with an optional 23Zero Awning Annex Room that fits 2 cots or a queen size mattress. With 18" of ground clearance, combined with the Lock N Roll full motion articulating hitch, off-road tires, and 3,500lb Torsion Axle w/ 2” Frame Lift, it can go almost anywhere your next adventure will take you. Amenities include a GoalZero Yeti 1500X power station with a 100W mounted solar panel, so a CPAP, coffee maker, and blow dryers are no problem! It also has a dual-direction Maxx Fan for great circulation, a on-demand hot water heater for washing dishes or an outdoor shower with enclosure, compact porta-potty (optional rental), outdoor portable kitchen set up with collapsible sink, a Coleman stove or a Blackstone On The Go 17" Griddle with Hood (optional rental), Truma Refrigerator/Freezer, a front rack and a spare tire. A Few Rules... Be adventurous and make memories! There are so many cool places to be enjoyed, and we cannot wait to see some of your amazing photos that we hope you will share with us! 1. Inform us of any damage or issues that occur. 2. Must have electric trailer brake and 7 pin hook up. If you don’t have the electric brake, we’d be happy to point you in the right direction. 3. Safety first! Remember to always drive safe, knowing you are pulling a trailer behind you. Follow all traffic safety laws while traveling and towing our trailer. 4. Remember no smoking inside or near the trailer. No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the trailer. If this rule is violated, the renter's entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. The renter's security deposit will be used to pay for remediation plus a service fee of $100. Any remaining balance will be refunded as long as there are no other overages or damages. 5. You are responsible for any tickets, tolls, tows, and impounds – even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have been computed. 6. Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter. 7. If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, the renter should call the roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. The renter shall not attempt to make repairs. Pocket expenses for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by the owner upon return of the vehicle, as long as the owner is made aware PRIOR to such repairs and receipts are provided. 8. Optional Rental Only: Make sure you dump the porta-potty before your return--it's easy--just dump the cassette in a toilet somewhere. If you don't want to, we'll do it for you for a $100 charge. 9. Clean the pots and pans and dishes with soap and water before you put them away. 10. Make sure you use the included tie downs to secure the awning at all times. 11. We will ask for a basic log of mileage/terrain so we can properly service the rig and keep it safe and in good working order. 12. This is a very nice capable trailer and in near perfect new condition. Please keep it that way. 13. Take good care of it, treat it like your own. 14. We will provide information on the operation of the trailer at the time of pickup, including features and appliances. It is the renters' responsibility to understand and follow all instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, appliances, and features may result in damage.
