Featuring 4 spacious slide-outs, 2 full bathrooms, and a completely private rear bunkhouse, this rig comfortably sleeps up to 7 guestswithout anyone feeling cramped. Stress-Free "Delivery Only" Service at LAKE TEXOMA AND LAKE RAY ROBERTS ONLY Forget the stress of towing, backing up, or leveling a massive 14,000-pound luxury rig. We offer delivery and full setup only. We will bring the RV directly to your booked campsite, completely hook up the utilities (water, electric, sewer), and ensure everything is running perfectly before you arrive. At the end of your trip, please pick up and take trash to the dumpster. We pack up the RV and haul it away. All you have to do is show up, unpack, and relax! (Note: Requires a 50-amp electrical campsite hookup to run all onboard systems smoothly). 3 night minimum for Holidays Reservation Arrival & Departure Logistics To ensure the rig is perfectly prepared and safely packed away, please coordinate your check-in and check-out schedule with us: Arrival / Setup: Please allow us two hours for setup on your reservation arrival date prior to your planned check-in time. Departure / Breakdown: Please allow us two hours for breakdown on your scheduled reservation departure date. Pet Policy & Rules We know that pets are part of the family! We are happy to welcome your furry friends with prior approval under the following guidelines: Pet fee: max of 2 pets. A nonrefundable pet fee of $100 required at the time of booking for up to 4 days. Bookings more than 4 days pet fee of $25 per day/per pet will be required. Furniture Protection: Pets must remain off the beds and regular furniture at all times. A custom couch cover is provided in the living room if your pet likes to lounge nearby. Supervision: Pets must never be left unattended inside the RV unless they are securely crated. Clean-Up: Renters are responsible for cleaning up all pet hair inside the unit and picking up after their pets outside before departure. The Ultimate Kids' & Grandkids' Zone Give the kids or grandkids their own private retreat! The rear bunkhouse functions as a separate room with its own attached full bathroom. Entertainment Ready: Includes a dedicated 32-inch TV. Kids are welcome to bring along their own gaming systems (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch) to hook up for evening downtime or rainy days. Connectivity Note: Please note that Wi-Fi is not included with the rental. We recommend bringing offline games or pre-downloading favorite movies and shows before your trip! Electronics & Comforts: A 42-inch TV in the main living room, a 32-inch TV in the master bedroom, and two oscillating fans for extra airflow alongside the cozy built-in electric fireplace and a premium dual reclining 3-person sofa in the main living area. Kitchen Comforts: K-Cup coffee maker with flavored coffees, a countertop ice maker, and an electric hot plate (save your propane!). Includes a full set of kitchen pans (3 saucepans, 2 skillets), a sheet pan, a pizza pan, a pizza cutter, and stainless steel salad bowls with covers. Dining Essentials: Fully stocked with dishes, paper plates, paper bowls, napkins, plasticware, plastic Solo cups, paper towels, a cutting board, a collapsible bowl, measuring cups/spoons, kitchen utensils, a hand can opener, and a 10-piece cutlery knife set. Basic spices, salt, and pepper are provided. Cleaning & Consumables: Hand soap, dish soap, hot pads, trash bags, and RV-safe toilet paper. Outdoor Living: Unwind outside under the large power awnings with 4 comfortable umbrella chairs and a small charcoal grill. We also provide a 4-piece stainless steel barbecue grilling set. Important Rules & Policies Trash & Tidiness: Renters are completely responsible for cleaning up their messes and taking away/hauling away all of their trash from the campsite upon checkout. Rental Duration Bonus: A washer/dryer setup is built-in and available for all bookings of two weeks or more. Propane available Strictly Enforced: No smoking inside the unit. A keyless entry code will be sent to you once the Rv has been paid and set up ready for arrival.
