Sit outside and watch the beautiful Texas Sunset fall while listening to your favorite song on the Bluetooth speakers under a large awning with an outdoor fridge within inches holding your favorite beverage. Enjoy all the amenities our RV has to offer while also embracing the peace and tranquility of staying at an RV camp, park, or RV resort. Our 38’ bumper pull can sleep 8 comfortably, boasts a private front bedroom with king size bed, smart TV, and two large closet spaces. Moving into the living room the couch quickly turns into a fold out bed if needed and is a great place to relax and watch the smart TV, or listen to music on the indoor soundbar. In the cooler months the electric fireplace can add a nice touch of warm and cozy to the RV. The kitchen has a fridge/ freezer combo, a gas stovetop, and oven to cook if desired. There is also a U-shaped booth with a table so everyone can sit and enjoy a meal. The bathroom has a radius shower with glass shower doors and storage for linens and toiletries. The back room contains two upper bunks and a lower couch that folds out into a bed. There is also plenty of storage for items and a pocket sliding door for privacy. The RV has two AC units to keep you nice and cool in the Texas summer heat! The outdoor kitchen provides easy access to another fridge, gas stovetop, sink, and smart TV making it easier than ever to enjoy your stay inside or out. The best memories are made RVing! *All renters will receive a special thank you S'mores pack for choosing The Pride of Texas Zinger RV Our RV includes: Stocked kitchen (pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, cookware etc.) (5) Sets of linens for king size bed, 2 bunk beds, and 2 foldout couches (8) Standard pillows (8) Bathroom towels for bathing and (2) hand towels *RV safe toilet paper (if you run out during your stay we ask you purchase RV & MARINE SAFE toilet paper) Keurig K-Express single serve coffee maker Small Ice maker (2) Full propane tanks (tanks will need to be replaced at cost of the renter if propane runs out during stay) (2) Outdoor camping chairs Outdoor oversized rug We do not charge a cleaning fee after your stay, all we ask is for you to kindly restore the RV space to its original condition. We love our 4 legged fury companions and have chosen to make our RV pet friendly. We will allow up to (2) dogs to accompany you on your stay. If you choose to bring your dog(s) you must purchase the optional $40 pet fee and add it to your reservation when checking out. Also, please let us know your dog(s) will be accompanying you on your trip after the reservation is confirmed! *Note: If you choose to pull the RV yourself, we request your towing vehicle must have at least a 10,000lb towing capacity *Note: Average delivery time is usually between 4pm-6pm
