For convenience and safety, the RV includes active side cameras, blind spot monitoring, and a rear camera that’s active while driving to help you switch lanes and park. The RV also has electric front and rear stabilizers for added stability. Spacious and comfortable interior with a homey vibe, yet has luxurious amenities. It comfortably sleeps up to six people, making it ideal for family trips or getaways with friends. Inside, you’ll find a queen bed ready to be covered with your favorite blankets and pillows. There’s also a twin bunk above the driving area and a dinette that converts into a sleeping area to fit two. Two TVs, one located in the main area, and one specific for the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and includes rustic ceramic plates/bowls and stainless steel cutlery. Large, electrically retractable awning featuring white LED lighting, perfect for relaxing outside under the cover during the day, or full visibility at night around campfires. For entertainment, a high-quality indoor and outdoor sound system that connects to Bluetooth and is super easy to connect and use. The bathroom is clean, modern and well-maintained, and has all the essentials. Unlimited Mileage with Fair Use Guidelines (For rentals 5 days or more): Case-by-case, I am willing to accommodate all trips. I am offering unlimited mileage with the freedom to travel wherever the road takes you. However, I ask that you use the motorhome responsibly and avoid excessive long-distance driving that could result in significant wear and tear. If you have a specific destination across the states, let me know the approximate mileage you may be travelling so that we can come up with fair usage together. For rentals 5 days or longer, please keep in mind that reasonable mileage is expected. Excessive mileage beyond what’s agreed upon or typical for leisure travel (consistently exceeding 200-250 miles per day) could result in additional charges to cover extra wear and maintenance. If you drive significantly more than average, an additional charge of $0.49 per mile may apply for any extra miles beyond the expected usage. Reach out if you have questions about your trip or mileage! Pet Policy: I welcome pets on my RV, with a few important guidelines: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted on the RV per trip. Pet fee for trips of 4 days or less: A flat fee of $100 per pet will be charged. Pet fee for trips longer than 4 days: For rentals exceeding 4 days, the fee is $25 per day per pet. Pet disclosure: All renters must disclose the type and number of pets they plan to bring before booking. No additional pets are allowed during the rental period. Renter responsibility: Renters are solely responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by their pets. The pet fee covers general cleaning; however, any excess cleaning or damages will incur additional charges. All renters will be held responsible for any excessive messes regardless.
