Enjoy the outdoors with our RV " The Duck" -This travel trailer has the following features for your enjoyment: Amenities: Queen size bed in bedroom, Two bunk beds, love seat futon combo, dinette-bed, Fridge/freezer, 3 burner propane stovetop with an oven, microwave, Outdoor kitchen with fridge and sink, 16' electrical awning with exterior light, AM/FM stereo with IPOD/MP3 device connection, large front and rear exterior storage compartments, Large pantry, kitchen/bathroom sinks, exterior shower. - All beds have sheets, blankets, pillows and cases, love-seat (sofa) blanket, bath/sink towels. 32" Television 1 in the living room. Please be sure to bring your favorite devices to hook up to the TVs! HDMI cables are also provided. *Television is NOT to be removed and are NOT allowed to be utilized outside of the Travel Trailer.* - Soap Dispensers are provided at the Kitchen and Bathroom Sinks. - All kitchenware is provided (plates, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, etc.) - $100.00 Tank(s) Dumping fee (BLACK/GRAY TANKS MUST BE FLUSHED. - $45 Propane tanks refill. (Propane tanks must be refilled prior to return of Travel Trailer.) ------Travel Trailer delivery and pickup rates below-------- See rates below. PICKUP IS PREFERABLY DESIRED but I will deliver per distance. ***Please contact me by phone as I need to check my work schedule before I can commit to delivery/pick up service. Thank you in advance.*** - Pick Up/Return Fee: $100.00 up to 50 miles from Camp Bullis San Antonio . Any distance > 50 miles is $1.50 to $2.50 per mile each depending on distance and no greater then 100 miles. This fee includes delivery and setup. - Drop Off/Set up Fee: $100.00 up to 50 miles from Camp Bullis San Antonio . Any distance > 50 miles is $1.50 to $2.50 per mile each depending on distance and no greater then 100 miles. This fee includes break down and pickup. ***Renter agrees to return the trailer in the same condition in which it is received. Tabletops and counters wiped down, bathroom/toilet cleaned, refrigerator -- emptied, cleaned and dried out; floors swept. ***Do Not use a pressure washer to clean the exterior of the trailer.*** This Travel Trailer is practically brand new and a clean Travel Trailer is a benefit for everyone! A $100.00 cleaning fee will charged if Travel Trailer is not returned in the condition in which it was received. *Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside of this family RV. Any signs of smoking inside of the RV is determined at the sole discretion of the Owners and will result in the forfeiture of your Security Deposit.* *Do not at any time for any reason get on the roof of the Travel Trailer.* *This Travel Trailer needs 50 AMP electric to run the following items: Air Conditioner, Microwave, Interior wall outlets and to charge the 12 Volt house battery, as needed. Any Portable Generator that puts out at least 50 amps of power is equipped to run the power for the travel trailer. If your generator will only put out 20 amps of power, you can still use it to run the refrigerator, lights or recharge the house battery as needed but it will not run the Air Conditioner or electrical outlets. ***AT NO TIME SHOULD THE TRAVEL TRAILER BE PLUGGED INTO ANY OUTLET (SHORE POWER OR GENERATOR) WITHOUT THE SUPPLIED SURGE PROTECTOR. Doing so will cause damage to the electrical system and you will lose your deposit plus more cost (electricians and their services are very expensive).*** ***AT NO TIME SHOULD THE TRAVEL TRAILER BE PLUGGED INTO ANY EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WITHOUT THE SUPPLIED WATER PRESSURE REGULATOR. Doing so will cause damage to the vehicle's piping system and you will loose your deposit plus more cost (plumbers and their services are very expensive).*** *Any missing or damaged items will be documented and deducted from the deposit amount. The renter will be fully responsible for any cost over the $500.00 deductible amount. The tow vehicle will need to have 2-5/16" ball with either a 2'' or 2-1/2'' hitch receiver. The tow vehicle MUST BE EQUIPPED (installed prior to your pick-up dates) with an ELECTRIC BRAKE CONTROLLER (E.B.C.) . E.B.C. will be inspected on the date of pick-up otherwise the travel trailer will not be released to you until it is installed and properly working in the tow vehicle. No refunds or time credit will be given for any rental time loss due to any issues concerning the proper installation/operation of the E.B.C. Eligible Drivers: Renter must be 25 years of age or older, shall have a valid state issued driver license, a clean driving record, and a major credit card. At the time of reservation, Renter/driver must provide their current state issued Driver License card. ---------Insurance---------- Insurance must be purchased through RVshare's insurance program at time of paying for reservation of the Travel Trailer. No other insurance will be considered valid for this rental. *Please allow at least 1 hour at pick up and drop off of trailer for a walk through. Driving demonstration must be completed by person towing the travel trailer.* - Late Return: $25.00 per hour. *Any minutes late are rounded up to the next hour.* Cancellations are handled per RV share rules.
