Glamping with the Family - RV rental near San Antonio, TX

RV overview

This is a family owned RV with a queen bedroom and bunk house. Camper does sleep 10, sleeping 6-8 comfortably. The sofa pulls out and great for younger campers. This camper is in good condition and cleaned thoroughly after each use. Camper has an outside kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and ice maker. Slide-out canopy. Fire place/space heater. Speakers inside and outside w/blue tooth. “U” shaped table area for maximum seating. Flat screen TV (BYO Fire stick, Roku, or DVD player. There is no antenna or satellite). Two full Propane Tanks (extra tanks $15 ea.) KITCHEN SUPPLIES: Small Keurig Coffee machine, toaster, sugar, creamer, coffee cups, plastic plates/bowls & cups. Silverware: forks/spoons/knives, paper towels, kitchen linens, pots/pans, cast iron griddle & pans, cooking utensils, grilling utensils, can opener, scrubbing sponge, oven mitt. LINENS & BEDDING: - Kitchen linens are provided, includes paper towels (1 on roll & min. 1 extra) - Includes Bath towels, Hand towels, Wash cloths - Clean Queen bedding provided (4-pillows - 2 w/pillow cases, 2 w/shams) - Mattress protectors w/ fitted sheets provided for bunk house beds and table bed. **There are no top linens for bunk house, table bed, or pull out couch. It is recommended bringing sleeping bags (we offer sleeping bags at additional cost) or blankets/comforters of your choosing. - 4 pillows w/pillow cases are in bunk house. ALSO INCLUDED: - Family Yard Games, Table Games, and Lawn Chairs included. - Clean sleeping bags are offered for additional fee (this fee is for additional cleaning, please select in add-ons). Two night minimum rental and a $500 Deposit. Notify owner of travel plans. WE DELIVER: This service includes delivery, hook up, take down and dumping the trailer up to a 100-mile radius of where camper is stored (San Antonio area-78253) for a minimum $200. $2/mile over 100-miles, up to 200-miles (This covers any travel & expenses both ways). All you would need to do is show up with what you camp with. A dump fee will be added if the campground, or placement, does not have a dump station on-site. IF YOU WANT TO TOW: (reviewed on case-by-case basis) Please reach out to owner and verify that you have the right vehicle to tow and experience towing. If the renter tows, the renter is responsible for DUMPING & CLEANING the Gray & Black tanks. There is no charge if you dump and clean tanks prior to returning. Most campgrounds provide dump stations and we prefer the extra weight of these tanks are not on the camper when towing. Returning the camper without empty tanks will be charged $125. PLEASE READ: - We have family members with allergies and asthma. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, or PETS, please. - No tailgating or festivals (includes COTA, rodeos, etc.) - No Beach or Shore Camping. - RV toilet paper comes with rental. DO NOT flush regular toilet paper, feminine products, wipes, paper towels, or garbage down the drains. Blue sanitizer will be added to the Black tank prior to use. - Renter is expected to do a basic clean (e.g. remove garbage, sweep floor and a quick wipe down of surfaces). Owner will deep clean & disinfect once it is returned. - Do not over fill gray and black tanks. Over filling tanks will result in an additional $175 cleaning fee. You are able to monitor this on the control panel. - Slide out Canopy must be stored when not being used, when the camper is unaccompanied, and in windy conditions. Storms can damage this quickly. - Camping at TEXAS STATE PARKS - State Parks charge for entry and day use fees when dropping off and picking up camper. If you are camping at a state park, please select the $10 fee to assist in offsetting this expense.
