RV overview

This fifth wheel features 16' total garage space for dirt bikes, a four-wheeler, or kayaks! The patio deck, with exterior blue LED lights and magnetic screen, will provide a place to relax once your toys are unloaded. There is additional seating on the Sit N Sleep sofas and the two barrel chairs inside. A 5,000 BTU fireplace and dual air conditioner units will make this RV feel more like home. There are two 40" LED TV's; one in the living room with an extendable arm and one in the bedroom. There is also a mount outside for you to take the bedroom TV outside and enjoy some sports outside under the blue LED extendable 15' awning. It also has a bluetooth stereo with both indoor and outdoor speakers. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a 17" oven and a three burner cooktop which means you won't have to cook over an open flame each night. The residential walk-in shower and outdoor shower will allow you to clean up after a trail ride. When it's time to get some shut-eye, you'll find an RV queen bed in the front private bedroom, and your guests (sleeps 6 total) can sleep on the Sleep N Store manual bed system and the Sit N Sleep sofas. Linens- sheets, towels and throw blankets provided at extra cost. Bring your own pillows. Cookware, toaster, Ninja mixer/blender, portable ice maker, Britta water filter pitcher, Nespresso coffee maker (bring your own pods) and 4 place settings are included. Please wash all dishes before returning in order to avoid an extra cost. The rental will include at least 6 outdoor chairs (1 is swinging hammock style, 2 are anti-gravity loungers, 1 director chair, 2 standard fold out camping chairs) and one 6' foldable table for use outdoor. Optional items I can include at a charge are: portable electric pellet grill/smoker, 10'x10' pop-up canopy, collapsible hammock, outdoor LED lights, generator. Tow with the peace of mind due to brand new tires installed in October 2023 and a rear view camera with large 10" monitor you can place in your cab. Your truck will require a 5th wheel hitch or I can offer mine at no cost as long as it fits your base. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or further clarification on items.
