RV overview
We have outfitted our trailer as if we are camping in it ourselves. There are Dishes, utensils, Drip Coffee Maker, Towels(For showering), blankets, and pillows. We have Queen mattress, Extra thick bunk bedding , a 32" TV, BT stereo with inside and outside speakers, 4 small fans to help keep cool on those hot summer days, pots and pans for cooking and plenty of storage if needed. The refrigerator runs off of 12v power, will stay cold and can be loaded with food and drinks before you get on the road. Our trailer also has electric stabilizing jacks, so you only need to push and hold a button. We have added a small gas grill for trailer use and provid an easy pop-up canopy along with 2 folding chairs for convenience. In order to keep our trailer clean and nice for everyone to enjoy: We Do Not allow Pets, We Do Not allow Beach or Sand parking/ camping, We Do Not allow Smoking or Vaping as well as any type of scent spraying, melting or burning and we do not allow Boondocking(must have atleast electric supply) We provide delivery for a fee, which includes set up of the camper only and wrap up for pick up. Round trip fee will include the tank cleaning. We provide the Hitch and most importantly, We will provide support if you have any questions. We will also provide a " How to" at your request. For Safety We ask that you have a working Break Control setup or installed on your towing vehicle upon pickup. LP gas is for trailer use only and may not be removed or tapped into for outside use, this will incur a deposit charge for refill of $40 per tank or tank replacement $150 if lost or removed from trailer. $500 fee willapply for replacement bedding or any interior damage unless the renter decides to pay receipt for replacement parts and materials.
