Clean & Cozy brand new 2020 bumper pull trailer that can sleep 8 to 10 people. Two can sleep comfortably in the master on a queen bed, and up to 5 can occupy the bunk house at the opposite end. Fresh linens are provided for the beds. (You must bring your own pillows.) Sofa & table can also be converted into beds to accommodate more sleeping if needed. Trailer is equipped with a 32" Roku TV in living area with a sound bar and DVD player and a 24” Roku TV and DVD player in the bunk house! We do not provide DVD’s.) *All Electronics must not be removed and are NOT to be utilized outside of the Travel Trailer* Kitchen is stocked with a toaster, coffee pot, hand soap, plates, utensils, pots, pans, kitchen gadgets, and much more! Bathroom has 4 fresh towel, 3 wash cloths, hand soap, and 1 roll of toilet paper per day is provided. (Please only use the TP that we provide.) (Black/Gray) Tanks Must Be Flushed before we pick up or if your returning. There will be a fee of $75.00 if the tanks are not Empitied and Flushed. Minimum of 1 Dog allowed. There is a $50.00 non-refundable pet deposit! If there is any damage caused by the pet then there will be a fee deducted from the deposit. No BEACH camping unless you are staying at a RV park. (We do not deliver to the beach.) No dry camping allowed ** We ask that Renters agree to return the trailer in the same condition in which it is received** •Tabletop, Stove, Microwave, and counters wiped down. Dishes washed, refrigerator to be cleaned out, floors swept, and trash emptied. •Fees will be assessed if the trailer is not cleaned when returning. RULES - Absolutely No Smoking in RV, No climbing on the roof and please don't have awning out when not in use, rainy weather or if it's windy! Breaking these rules will cause you to forfeit your deposit. We deliver up to 40 miles from zip code 78233 for a flat rate of $250 *Sorry we Do Not Deliver to Garner State Park* Happy Glamping!!
