Clean and comfortable! Bedding, towels, plates, bowls, cups, coffee pot, mugs, toilet paper, paper towels, silverware, cooking utensils, and pans are provided. Absolutely no pets or smoking! This travel trailer must be well taken care of. Showering before using beds strongly encouraged and appreciated. Trailer must cleaned, trash removed, dishes cleaned before leaving. Excessive cleaning fees will be applied if trailer is left in disarray. Delivery Options $0 round trip for the first 25 miles + $3/mile up to 100 miles More Cleanliness Follows CDC guidelines 3 day booking buffer Description Electric fridge, microwave, and AC. 1 Propane bottle included. Stove/oven works with propane. Great camper for beginners and shorter trips. We set up and pick up. No hauling permitted. Local renters only within a 25 mile radius. You may inquire about a further distance for approval. Unable to book for more than 3 months in advance. Requires 7 days notice. $50 rush booking fee if booked within 7 days of delivery. We provide basic kitchen items. You are responsible for food, drinks, and paper goods (including extra toilet paper). We also provide sheets for 3 beds. To avoid the $50.00 excessive cleaning fee Be sure to: o Wipe down solid surface with Clorox wipes o Remove all trash from camper o Sweep floors o Wash and put away all dishes o Remove all personal items The cleaning fee will be based upon damage and excessive cleaning required based on the condition of the camper. Pets are not permitted. The pet policy is strongly enforced. If a pet is found to be in the camper, you agree to forfeit your $500 security deposit for additional cleaning.
