You can't go wrong with this spacious travel trailer! Very spacious open floor plan with 6'10" ceilings. Once you arrive at the campground, pull out the 16' power awning and relax in your camp chairs listening to the exterior Bluetooth speakers. The theater seating provides a place to relax inside if the weather isn't cooperating, and there is a 50" Smart TV if you want to stay indoors all day with a Blu-ray player watch movies! You can make lunch on the three-burner cooktop or in the air fryer/convection microwave when you get hungry, and there is a side-by-side refrigerator to keep cold items fresh. A booth dinette will provide a place to dine together, play a game of cards. And the full bath includes a 30" x 40" shower, medicine cabinet, and foot flush toilet so you don't have to use the camp's facilities at night! Will be included for a more comfortable stay: Brand-new king-sized mattress, bedding for the king bed with (2) pillows and (2) throw pillows, step stool, dirty towel laundry basket, (4 bath, 4 hand, 4 wash) towels and toilet paper for the bathroom, (8 large plates, 8 small plates, 8 bowls, 8 cups) in the kitchen, toaster, silverware, cooking utensils, cutting mat, (4 kitchen, 6 wash) towels, (2) hot pads, pans for cooking. Don't forget to bring your k-cups. There is a Keurig coffee machine up in cupboard for your convenience as well. We will also provide paper plates and plastic silverware. Sleeps 3 comfortably - 2 on bed, one on table bed. Can potentially sleep 2 more on reclined theatre seats. Will allow house-trained pets (2 max at $50.00 per pet). Last minute bookings (within 4 days of departure) will incur a fee. Delivery Option: First 25 miles - $120 Additional mileage fee will be charged at $5.50 per mile (no maximum mileage) Out of state will require additional fee (please inquire)
