The bunkhouse sleeps 4 comfortably and the main room has a king size bed with TV along with space to store you clothes and more. Bathroom is also spacious with a walk-in shower and great size vanity with plenty of storage! The modern design kitchen is fully furnished with full pantry, coffee bar, beautiful kitchen island and so much more. Booth style dining table and two extra comfy recliners! Oh and did we mention there is a nice outdoor kitchen with fridge and sink, plus bluetooth speaker/radio to listen to your favorite tunes inside and out! Also comes with a small propane grill and utensils to grill up your favorite meal for the fam! FREE EXTRAS -WIFI OPTION -Fire sticks / streaming sticks to stream your favorite shows -KAYAKS OPTION (up to 2 adults, 1 kids sized) -Propane or Charcoal Grill Options -Zero Gravity Chairs - Hammock -and so much more! Just ask! Please note that in efforts to not over load the RV - All free options are included on a special request basis and subject to availability and restrictions. Shoot me a message if you have any questions! **VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE READ** NOTICE REGARDING ADD-ON FEES: If your RV site does not have full hookups, your reservation will be adjusted with the appropriate add-on fees. For example, if you do not have sewer hookups directly within the RV Space where the unit will be parked at, you will need the "Pre-Paid Dump Fee" added to your reservation. This will cover our cost to move the RV to a separate location on or off property to dump the tanks appropriately. Or you don't have a water source on site, you will need the "Fresh Water Tank Fill Fee" added so that you can have water directly sourced from the RV. Keep in mind that if you do not opt to add-on the dump fees there is a post trip dump fee that is higher due to planning and disruptions that may be caused, so please be sure to let us know or add this on before completing your reservation to avoid additional fees.
