RV overview

This camper practically brand new. It is a perfect size camper for 2-4 people. It is light and has plenty of ground clearance for those harder to reach places. Queen size memory foam mattress with closets, cubbies, and outlets on both sides. The couch lays down easily for a small size bed. Sheets, pillows, and blankets are included. There is a portable table stored behind that couch that can be used as needed. 32" Vizio TV mounted on the wall including a DVD player and cable TV hookup. There is a bluetooth sound system with speakers indoors and outdoors. Electric air conditioner, wall outlets, & microwave. Heater, fridge, & water heater use propane or electric. Power awning with LED track lights, LED lights run off battery. Front pass-through storage area for all your camping equipment. There is a rear bumper rack that can fold down for extra gear storage or for a generator. Bathroom includes a nice size shower, sink, and toilet. There is plenty of space for towels and other items. All leveling and utility equipment (fresh water and utility hoses, electrical cords, fresh water filter, etc..) are included. The unloaded weight is 3880 lbs which allows it to be towed by SUV's capable of towing 5000 lbs. Included is the tow hitch with sway bar. Regarding delivery there is a $125 minimum (unless just to a location locally here in cache valley we can do much less) and Bear Lake is $200 for West side, $250 for East side. That’s the total for delivery and pickup. If not using Express Departure option Please be sure to broom sweep out the trailer before return and clean surfaces/toilet/shower and remove garbage. FREE cleaning supplies are below the bathroom and kitchen sink. Please do a cursory cleaning. Please dump grey and black water unless you pay the add on for me to do it. I will mop, vacuum, and do a deeper clean between rentals.
