RV overview

This Class A Motorhome was remodeled to accommodate couples and small families. The table area normally cramped with uncomfortable benches was removed and replaced with a convenient desk and a more wide-open main space. This allows the open, spacious feeling, without having to mess with confusing and unreliable pop-outs. RV has hardly been used. Previous owner bought for road trips and decided after his first one that he didn't like road trips. Main area has been converted to a wood-veneer floor with large desk space. This really opens things up and makes it multi-purpose. As of June 2022, Starlink Internet for RVs is available with rental (not advertised for in-motion use). Plumbing fixtures have been upgraded, and water heater is new. This RV has lots of external storage, which is easily accessible. The Air Conditioning works well, and has been recently serviced. It runs off a thermostat. The in-board generator is capable of powering the A/C, microwave, TVs, and charging your mobile devices for several days because it uses the fuel from the RV's gas tank; so it's easy to keep it running for your comfort and convenience. A bigger flat screen has been added to the main space that can double as an extra computer monitor; or for watching movies. Owner is a computer nerd with a movie habit, so the RV is equipped with an on-board media-streaming server. Wifi Hotspot now included using Starlink technology. Bedroom also has a small smart TV that connects to the media server, or through the internet to services like Netflix. Feel free to bring your own digital media collection along on a USB drive, or connected media playing device, and watch your own media (or games) on either TV! Tents, air mattresses, coolers, outdoor Camp Chef stoves, and dutch ovens may be rented with RV, please inquire! We can stock the refrigerator in advance of your trip if you provide a list of items you want; or we can include a generic sampling of beverages. Small pets may be allowed if house-trained, or in travel kennels. No smoking in or around the RV. Please clean up any spills immediately. We can accommodate almost any circumstance for a fee reasonable for the accommodation.
