We do not offer delivery, you can pick it up and take it where ever you would like. -New smart TV in bedroom. -LED Awning accent -LED step accents. - Outdoor kitchen(flat top, mini fridge) -Indoor kitchen includes: 3 Burner stove, oven, microwave. -Kitchen supplies available: real silverware and cutlery, dish soap, TP included. Anything else you will need to supply. -water heater -USB ports throughout -Power stabilizer jacks -50 amp to 30 amp converter cord, 50 amp cable, surge protector -Heated potable water hose for freezing conditions. -Power tongue jack. -Weight distribution hitch (optional) -Generator (optional) -Outside Shower -Skylight Over Tub -A/C -Furnace -Solar -Backup camera -Electric Fireplace -Camping chairs -High Quality Queen memory foam top mattress(NOT THE FLIMSY FACTORY ONE) -Bedding on the queen -Pillows on the queen Your home away from home.
