This Toy Hauler is not perfect with some signs of ware from normal use. The Heater, AC, water heater, and refrigerator/freezer work great. Interior photos to come. I prefer to rent this out in place, It is located in a grass field fully fenced with off street parking on gravel available. The field is regularly used for goat grazing so some sprinkles of natural fertilizer is common. Location is 15 minutes outside of Zion National Park, 15 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park, and Quail Creek State Park. Please be patient as we are striving to repair the small things ie. shower curtain, stereo amplifier and TV. I will update listing when complete and most likely increase the price to rent.
