This two year old Prestige 36H has a WASHER AND DRYER, 4 seat theatre couch across from a 50" TV, includes TWO AC units for those hot days and dual LP heat pumps with an electric fireplace for those extra chilly nights. The Kitchen has a convertible countertop that you access both the kitchen sink and stove top gas range. The refrigerator is a full size residential unit. Overhead microwave. The gas oven is under the range. We include a Keurig, toaster, utensils, cutlery, kitchen ware, and cleaning supplies Master Bedroom has a king size bed, 4 drawers, sliding door closet, TV that swings out for access to a storage cabinet behind it and sliding door access. It also includes a washer and dryer. This is a gas powered Triton V-10 that climbs mountains with ease , Has turn signal cameras on both sides and backup camera. Sleeping accommodations Master bedroom has a KING size bed XL Queen bed on tracks above the cockpit (XL to the point we use king size bedding) Dinette conversion - we suggest one kid, max 2 younger kids (under 8) Theatre couch (our teens have slept on this) We can also include air mattress upon request that you can use on the floor in the living room area (yes the floor is that spacious) Awning and outdoor amenities can be added at an additional charge
