OUTDOOR LIVING AT ITS BEST • Fully loaded outdoor kitchen featuring a mini-fridge, swing-out cooktop, and sink—perfect for keeping the party outside! • Large power awning with integrated LED lighting to extend your living space into the great outdoors. • Exterior speakers so you can enjoy your favorite tunes by the campfire. CHOOSE YOUR EXPERIENCE: DELIVERY OR SELF-TOW Option 1: Hassle-Free Delivery & Setup (Highly Recommended!) Don’t want to worry about towing, backing up, or hooking up a massive 37-foot trailer? Let us do the heavy lifting! We offer full-service delivery, complete campsite setup, and post-trip breakdown within a 50-mile radius of South Hill, WA. We will deliver to premium local spots like Alder Lake, Dash Point, Kanaskat-Palmer, or your preferred campsite. Just show up, unpack, and start relaxing! *Delivery fees vary by distance—please message us for a custom quote.* Option 2: Self-Tow Requirements Experienced towers are welcome to haul the trailer themselves! Because this is a heavy, 37-foot premium trailer, we enforce strict safety requirements for the safety of our vehicle and your group: • Tow Vehicle: A 3/4-ton truck (F-250, Ram 2500, Silverado 2500) or higher is required. Standard half-ton trucks or SUVs are not permitted. • Hitch & Brake Control: You must have a functional, in-cab electronic brake controller. We will provide the required weight-distribution hitch and sway bars at no extra charge. • Driver Verification: Renter must have prior experience towing trailers of similar length and pass the platform's standard driver verification. HOUSE RULES & AMENITIES • No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the trailer (forfeiture of security deposit will apply). • Pets allowed with prior approval and an additional pet cleaning fee. • Tailgating and festival requests are considered on a case-by-case basis (please message us first). We take pride in keeping our Keystone Premier meticulously clean and fully maintained. Book
