There is NO OVEN. Propane will be provided; you are expected to refill the tank prior to return. You will be charged if the tank is not refilled. We do offer the option to pre-pay the Propane Fee (see addons) and simply return the tank at the end of your reservation and we will handle refilling it at no additional charge. Please arrive for pickup & expect to spend up to 30-40 minutes for walkthrough. I offer early pickup and/or late drop off for a fee of $25 ea (see addons) ****PLEASE READ***** I do ask that the black water & grey water tanks be emptied unless prepaid. If the unit requires MORE than just a basic cleaning (basic meaning bedding, exterior wash, sweep/mop, wipe down surfaces), and/or the tanks are NOT emptied, I charge a fee unless prepaid (see addons). I don't expect it to be spotless. Like a hotel, we clean/sanitize anyway, but a DEEP-cleaning (spills in and out the fridge, excessive mud/grime, bathroom messes, dishes, etc.) is a time-consuming affair, and the nearest dump of course cost me money. However sometimes packing up & driving home after a weekend of camping is tiring. To save you time & stress, you can simply pay the "Too Tired Fee" ($50) & septic emptying fee ($100) & you don't have to worry about basic cleaning or emptying the septic! We can also charge the fee from your deposit (or as an expense if deposit is exhausted) upon your return. Simply bring it back & go, & we'll clean & empty everything! Also, things happen. Things can come loose or get lost/damaged. I'm not trying to make money off deposits; however, I do need to be compensated for damages. I just ask that you let me know if something comes up so I can fix it properly & promptly for the next campers :)
