**Delivery Only** This 2022 Sunset Trail 331BH is our 2 bedroom big living pasture trailer! It has a Private master with 1 RV King (80x72"), private bunkroom with door, with 1 full bed, and 3 twins, attached to a half bath & 2nd entry. The Dinette converts into a true twin bed (third private shepherd space!). There is a half bath next to the bunkroom with it's own entry, and a full bath by master. Total sleeps: 8 Length: 38 feet, delivery only. Our largest unit This RV is ideal for large families or those who want more space for organizing clothing and or multiple households. A great option for Temporary housing for insurance repairs or while your home is finishing up, and groups of friends or couples at a concert or family/friend trip. This RV has almost 400w of solar, a lithium battery setup and heated holding tanks. There is a 45 gallon water tank, and 2 gray and 2 black septic tanks for each toilet. At Inland NW Rentals RV in Spokane Valley, WA we are commercially ensured and dedicated to your experience! We are an LLC that is family owned and ran with Veterans and have loved helping you camp since 2023. What the rental comes with: Kitchen: Stocked with everything for cooking and eating for 8 and fully loaded! Pot, pans, lids, prep/mixing bowls, cutting boards with knives, silverware and a variety of spices beyond just salt and pepper. We also have plates, cups, bowls to eat and appliances include a K-cup coffee maker, 1000w air fryer, microwave and standard stove and oven. There is also all cooking tools such as a thermometer and bottle openers. Our rule is that is must be setup well enough for us to use and cook in it! Dish soap, sponge and drying mat provided. Living: TV with a 4k Fire Stick (you must use your own hotspot/wifi) and bluetooth sound system. Master bed comes with a sheet set, and all season quilt/blanket, this is the only bed that comes with a full set unless you add extra. Bring your own pillows if local. If flying in we can supply 1 pillows per person and extra if available, For bedding beyond the master, we recommend sleeping bags or we offer Additional bedding available for small fee for laundering. Bathroom: 1 towel and washcloth for each persons staying, and 2 hand towels. Toilet paper included- MUST use provided TP. we do supply hand soap for bathroom and all cleaning supplies. **Be aware that when dry camping only 1-2 showers is typically possible due to tank limitations without sewer. -We supply a 10x10 pop up shelter in lieu of an awning due to it being the most commonly damaged item. -The outdoor kitchen has a 2 burner propane stove, sink, cabinets, light and mini fridge that runs when RV is plugged into electricity. Rules: No smoking or vaping inside at all, and all drugs in general are prohibited inside the RV. Leave no trace or odor in RV in general for everyone please. Do not use the awning, and be kind to chairs, tables and pop-ups provided. For stationary delivery, no moving RV during use or hooking up to a truck . Do not adjust stabilizers or slide outs if delivered. Dogs are to stay off the furniture whenever possible and please wipe their paws. Do not leave your dog alone inside, and use a kennel/crate for bedtime please. Please Do not remove protector on couch or beds. Videos and photos are taken before and after every rental for inventory and condition purposes. All tires and suspension is checked before every rental and services by professionals. It is expected for the RV to be left the way you got it (clean!) Laundry and a basic clean and sanitation is normal. This RV is supplied with cleaning supplies. If the RV has not had any effort to be swept/lightly cleaned at least, there is a $150 fee to cover up to 1 hr of cleaning. If RV is left excessively dirty requiring carpet shampooing, stains, damage and excessive cleaning there will be a $300 fee plus damages. Owner will handle setting up RV, and breaking down RV when it comes to slides and stabilizers so you don't have to stress about it for a stationary delivery. Deliveries will vary on time and Inland NW Rentals will confirm dropoff time within 24-48 hours before delivery. For pickup we will have a demonstration & full tutorial. All Travel trailers have a Security Deposit of $1500. This will be returned if there is no damage. Heater (propane/battery based), Roof A/C and 1 plug-in fans included. (These require being plugged into power or generator to work) Generator: If you do not have 50amp electrical hookups in summer or 30amps in winter, it is mandatory to add our Generator. We have serviced high quality inverter generators available that includes a full 20 lb propane tank. This rental does has a rental agreement that is required to book an RV with us. We provide inside and outside orientation videos that are downloadable. There is a walk through tutorial at key handover where we go through the RV, have a Q&A and cover any additional needs. **we do not deliver or pickup on Saturdays**
