*Delivery Only* Enjoy this large luxury 2021 model bunkhouse that can sleep up to 9 persons (7 comfortably ) with 1 & 1/2 baths. This unit is stored under cover when not in use. Features include: 3 slides (drivers side) on the opposite side of the campsite, which is ideal for not eating up the campsite area. Other features include deluxe interior cabinets and finishes, 2 electric fireplaces (LR & BR), upgraded residential queen mattress, private bedroom suite w/bath, theater seating w/heat & massage, solid surface counters, residential deep sink, outdoor kitchen w/beverage fridge-TV-2 burner stove-and sink. Sleeping areas are also separate from living / kitchen. This comes stocked with toilet paper, basic cleaning supplies, linens for 6, dish ware for 6, Keurig coffee maker and basic kitchen cookware. Bedding for primary bedroom is available upon request. Add ons with additional cost include: camp chairs, propane fire pit, cooler and a 3500 watt predator inverter generator. Delivery and setup is available within 2.5hr travel time at additional cost. Additional distance may be possible upon request.
