Hello, welcome to the Outback Explorer page. Perfect for any trip, the mountains, beach, river, or an RV resort. This outback has brought many special memories to our family...and now you get to enjoy the Outback Explorer as we did.  This RV is good for couples or small families. It will sleep four comfortably but can sleep up to 6. The RV is equipped with a front queen master suite with a private exterior entrance door, a private side aisle bathroom with a corner wall shower, and a booth dinette that converts to a bed.  The slide-out features an air bed sleeper sofa ( parts of the sofa has peeled but will have, a cover on it) linen cabinet, and refrigerator.  The rear kitchen provides you with ample workspace and storage space. The camper will be stocked with the following and then some. ---Plates, Cups, Utensils, etc ---Pots and Pans ---One roll of paper towel, two rolls of RV friendly toilet paper ---Dish Detergent ---Toaster ---Coffee maker ---Hand Sanitizer ---DVD Player ---TV ***Any form of smoking and drugs is strictly prohibited*** **No pets** **No dry camping/boondocking** **Linens not included- but available for an additional fee** **Holding tanks must be emptied, and propane tanks returned full.** **If the Black and Gray tanks are not empty and flushed a $125 fee will be deducted from your deposit** Please make sure your vehicle has the necessary towing capacity. If you need a hitch, please get in touch with me. The height from the ground to the bottom of the ball should be about 16". The camper needs to be returned in the same condition as it was received. **SRA will be required to be signed before the renter can take possession of the RV**
