It's time to take your family (and friends) on a camping adventure! We are excited to share our, home away from home, with you. This incredibly clean, nonsmoking, pet free camper has enough sleeping space for 5 adults and 1 child comfortably. (Potential for 9 sleeping spaces if you double up children in the full beds.) -One bedroom with pocket doors that close for your privacy. A new queen mattress with memory foam topper and mattress cover. 2 closets and ample storage space under the bed. - 2 full size bunks with new custom made mattresses and mattress covers. Huge upgrade from the very thin standard camper mattresses. Get ready for a comfortable nights sleep! Bunks have privacy curtain, night lights and plug ins. - Dining room table easily converts to a full bed. - Couch folds down to a 5th sleeping space for a small adult/child. **Linens/blankets are not included, please bring your own. Standard bathroom with toilet, shower, vanity with mirror and under sink storage. A bonus door conveniently allows access to the bathroom from outside as well as fresh air and a great view of nature while you sit on the throne. Outdoor shower hook up as a second option. **Bring your own bath/beach towels/wash cloths. These are not included. Kitchen includes: stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee makers (both keurig and traditional), silverware, plastic plates, bowls, drinking cups, coffee mugs, utensils, bottle opener, pots, pans, pizza pan, tea kettle, storage containers, kitchen towels/rags, paper towels and more. The awning rolls out to make a covered outdoor space with outdoor LED lights and bluetooth outdoor speakers. Other things included: Smart TV with DVD player and DVD selection for rainy days. As well as a bluetooth stereo with multiple speakers, indoor and out. A few indoor card/board games and outdoor games to play under the stars. 2 camping chairs (with room to bring any extra). Camper can be pulled by you. 1/2 ton towable with weight distribution hitch available. Back up camera included. Or allow us take the stress out of camping with camper delivery for a fee of $150 for first 25 miles. This fee includes camper set up, leveling, hook-ups. Does NOT include gray and black tank dumping.
