2010 Jayco Jay Feather EXP 213 (Very clean camper) - RV rental near Hastings, WI

RV overview

Our family has a lightweight 2010 Jayco Jay Feather EXP 213 camper trailer that has been kept very clean. We use this camper all the time and when it’s not in our use; we let others enjoy it. It’s an amazing camper with many amenities of a home. First, this camper is expandable in the rear; the whole king size bed protrudes outwards in the rear of the camper. Once extended, this camper becomes almost a 28 foot full size camper otherwise it's only 23 feet. This camper has one king bed, two twin bunk beds, one sofa conversion bed and one small dinner table conversion bed. The camper can easily sleep 6 adults and/or 8 with children (depending). The unit has most amenities needed for a great family campout. We have included outdoor camp kitchen table, outdoor gas stove, four lawn chairs, etc. The camper will also have the following 1 full tank of propane, 1 Paper towel Cleaning supplies 2 rolls of septic safe Toilet paper Septic treatment deodorizer Trash bags We will provide the anti sway hitch for use during the rental. All you need to provide is a vehicle with a hitch and tow capacity for a 4500 lbs trailer. (Easily towed by a 1/2 ton pickup.). I also use my vehicle's brake controller as the camper has electric brakes. If you do not have a brake controller; you could rent one from u-haul etc. The things you would need to add for your camping trip are specific for your family’s travel needs (clothing, bedding and your food). The camper has enough storage space and has worked very well during each of our adventures. All amenities work off a 120V (30 AMPS) circuit from your home. I can deliver and pick-up the camper within 30 miles from Hastings for a $150 charge. IMPORTANT: Our request to you is to use this camper as it's your own and take care of it. When returning the camper, please make sure that the camper is clean, stove/oven cleaned, indoor floors swept, fridge cleaned, etc. Thank you very much for doing this. This is MUCH appreciated. Suggestions: Things that you could bring for your camping trip. General Equipment: Blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, sheets, etc. Towels, wash clothes, dish towels, dish cloths Paper towels, facial tissues, RV/Marine toilet paper only! (we will have 2 rolls available) Garbage can Laundry bag Camera Flashlight, spare batteries Rope, clothesline, clothes pins Matches Sunscreen Washable Crayons Only Bath soap, shampoo etc. Cooler/Ice Chest Cooking Equipment: Paper plates Pots and Pans for cooking Cups, napkins Ice Chests & ice (Although the fridge and the freezer is available in the camper) Plastic food bags Grill & charcoal BBQ Tools Can opener (manual) Salt, pepper, herbs, condiments Drinking Water (we do not recommend drinking or cooking with water from the motorhome holding tank) Aluminum foil, zip-loc bags For trips greater than 1000 miles there will a $150 charge (extra wear and tear) Also for 2025; we have BRAND NEW wood floors installed in the camper that you would appreciate. Also, we have added the solar charging capability; please request if you need the solar panels.
