We'd love to invite you to stay in our new 2022 couple’s camper we call the Beach House! This brand-new Heartland Mallard M210RB is an amazing towable! This three season RV is ready for adventure, allowing it to be used when other RVs need to be parked for the year! It is insulated, has an incredibly warm furnace, and a nice brisk air conditioner to keep the inside comfortable no matter what the outside tosses at you. Our MasterChef inspired kitchen features the Infiniti edge countertops, large stainless sink, a 3 burner top stove and oven, plus a microwave. We also have a dual power 8 cu. ft. refrigerator and freezer (runs off electric or propane) and the quintessential Keurig coffee maker, because nothing beats waking up in the morning & having a fresh cup of coffee at your campsite! The large bathroom includes a foot flush toilet, a stand-up shower w/skylight for us tall people, and an easy access sink and medicine cabinet. The freshwater tank holds 45 gallons of freshwater, and the Gray & Black Tanks can hold 40 Gallons each! Opposite of the kitchen is the sitting area slide out. When the slide out is extended you will find so much additional space has been added to the RV. The couch in the slide-out is an overstuffed residential couch for two people that can be converted into a bed for two if you need the extra sleeping capacity. And there is a quick fold-up table that can be used for dining or for entertainment, and can be set to the side if not used or can be taken outdoors if needed. The front of the RV is the bedroom area and has a king size bed! Above the bed has lots of storage and to the sides are places for clothing to be hung up. You also have nightstands on the sides that include plugins for AC appliances and USB ports. A 32-inch Roku television which has HDMI ports so feel free to bring along any devices that you wish to plug into the television! There is also a Bluetooth stereo inside and outside of the camper that can be paired to your cell phone for more entertainment! The rooftop vent fans are Maxx Air fans which allow air to be cycled through the RV very efficiently when you're craving some fresh air! There are also large windows that are tinted throughout with blinds for privacy. There is no lack of storage in this RV, there are plenty of storage areas not only inside the camper but outside. This RV features a large storage area with 67 cu ft of pass-through storage. Some of the more notable outside features on the RV are the 12 ft electric awning with hand pitch to keep the rain from pooling up. The awning also has an LED light strip. The steps leading into the camper are a fold down solid aluminum design which allow for a very stable entry and exit of the RV. Near the back of the camper there is a quick connect propane for using a small portable grill. There is even an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand when you're done playing at the beach, or if you just want a nice shower outside! The electrical is 30 amp service. We will include a 25 ft power cord with adapters for 50 amp and 120 plug. We will also be including a surge protector that must be used. For plumbing, 2 - 15 ft sections of sewer tubing and a 20 ft. water hose will be provided. This RV will also have two 20 lb. propane tanks that have an automatic switch over, one tank will always be provided full. There is also a 100 amp hour battery which will power the lights and a few of the 12 volt appliances when not plugged into shore power. When setting the camper up at its site you'll find it very easy to level the camper with the powered tongue jack, included leveling blocks and the automatic stabilizers, making setup fast so you can get to the fun part of camping! Towing this RV is incredibly simple and can be done with a half-ton pickup truck, or any other vehicle rated to haul up to 6900lbs. The ball size for the tongue of this RV is 2 5/16 and it does require a 7 pin connector for power to your vehicle. We require an installed brake controller or a remote brake controller. We Provide: Kitchen: cups, bowls, plates, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee maker, can/bottle opener, toaster, cutting board, scissors, can koozies, potholders, dish towels, wash cloths, fire extinguisher Living area: TV, stereo, board games, cards, puzzles Sleep area: linens , hangers Bathroom: bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, beach towels, 4 RV toilet paper rolls, first-aid kit Outside: 4 camp chairs, marshmallow sticks, lantern, flashlight, outdoor camp table, fire starter kit, cooler bag, small tool kit, beach bag, 2 beach chairs You bring: Pillows and blanket for king-sized bed Bedding for fold out couch if needed (full sized) Paper towels and any other paper products if desired K-cups for Keurig if desired DVD player, game counsel, etc. for use with the TV if desired Grill if desired More information can be provided upon request.
