Tiny Toy Hauler RV - No Boundaries NB10.6 - rental near Eau Claire, WI

RV overview

This RV can serve multiple purposes. Do you want a Tiny RV that you can relax around in for the weekend? Do you want a toy hauler that you can transport your ATV in to a remote location and then camp there for the night? Do you want to camp off grid for a few days or will you be somewhere with power available where you can blast the AC in the summer and get some extra heat in the Spring and Fall? This RV can have different layouts depending on how you setup the cushions on the inside. You can setup benches for seating or lay them flat for bed time. The Kitchen is a pull out on the side and includes a propane stove. There is also a 30 gallon water tank that can be filled and accessed via a hose on the side of the unit. There is a pull out "batwing" canopy that does cover 2 sides of the unit so you can have some coverage from the sun / rain. The rooftop tent is easy to open up and can hold up to 500 lbs. If you include the rooftop tent this RV can sleep 4 people. If you won't be using the tent it can sleep 2 people comfortably. There is also a Kayak mount on the roof. There is no bathroom. This RV does have a 12v freezer / fridge cooler that can run off of battery power for a few days. There are 12v USB ports that can be used to charge you devices on the inside. There is also a 12v TV and an antenna booster that normally grabs some local channels. There is a HDMI port if you want to bring anything to plug into the TV but you'll need shore power to run anything that doesn't power off of USB. If you plug into shore power (30 amp) there are normal 110 outlets that can be used. Shore power will also allow the freezer / fridge unit to stay powered indefinitely. Because of it's small size, this unit is towable by most vehicles that can tow 3500 lbs. You don't need a truck or large SUV to haul it around. You will need a 2" ball hitch and a 7 pin wiring plug to get the lights connected. I have a ball hitch you can borrow for a few bucks if needed. If you are just looking for a place to stay while in Eau Claire you are more than welcome to have the RV setup on my lot. The setup area is off the road and right next to a wooded area. There is a fire pit available and wood available to burn for a few bucks. I am located very close to town. It's about a 5 minute drive to downtown Eau Claire or about a 15 minute bike ride. I'm right next to Lake Altoona, the Eau Claire and Chippewa River, and many other Eau Claire attractions. If you are new to the area I can also point you in the direction of things you may want to see while you are in town. If you setup at my place you can choose to "off grid" if you'd like or I can connect the unit up to water and power for a small charge.
