What Guests Are Saying

Adventure Bound Camping Resorts - Tall Pines offers a beautiful experience with a family-oriented atmosphere and a variety of activities suitable for all ages, including a splash park, playground, and arts and crafts. However, some guests have reported issues with rude seasonal campers and management's inadequate response to conflicts, as well as cleanliness concerns in rental accommodations. While many families enjoyed their stay and plan to return, others experienced significant dissatisfaction related to management and security.

A beautiful experience, great staff that go above and beyond. Full of activities for all ages and has something to do even for the little ones. Family oriented campground. Playground, pool, inflatable slide, splash park, golf car rentals, train rides, arts and craft activities, arcade games, gems, a local store at check in house. They have from tent locations, cabins, rv's and you can bring your own room to hook up.

Stay far away, seasonal people will bully you out and somehow it's your fault. Management and security do not care about any bad behavior that's coming from the seasonal camp sites, basically a free for all for them but the weekend campers are somehow the problem. You spend $800 to get bullied and kicked out. It's pathetic how they treat people both employees and the campers.

Terrible place. The "seasonal campers" here are so rude and disrespectful, far far far away from welcoming. Management and "security" dont want to hear about your concerns if your not handing them $7000 for the season. My daughter got thrown on the ground and kicked by a had to be 17 year old boy and somehow ME and MY FAMILY got kicked out of the place, even having multiple witnesses. But of course they had to choose the family thats seasonal over only us that were only here for the weekend. So much for the " we dont tolerate bullying here at all." State troopers came and even they said the management and security here is picking sides. Its all about money. Stay far far far away, every seasonal campers kids here think they are above everyone thats only here for the weekend and will literally bully you out of here. This place really needs all new employees and definitely needs new security and management. Id be ashamed of myself if i knew this was how my campground was ran. 110% disgusting, STAY AWAY!!!!!! Hopefully corporate cares more and will take the right action on the employees and family involved in this unsettling situation. 0 stars, for the sake of you and your children go to a different campground. Id hate this to happen to anyone elses family.

My family & I stayed in one of the "deluxe" RV's from May 15th - 17th ( we cut our stay 2 days short). Apon arriving to our site & during the initial walk through of the RV, you can tell immediately it was not properly cleaned. Floors were dirty, as was the table & the provided kitchen equipment. We cleaned prior to even emptying our bags & making our beds. During the cleaning & stay there was a large amount of bugs including (large ants, flys under the bathroom sink, stink bugs & large spiders) Bugs aren't a big deal to us as we know we are camping where there will in fact be some insects BUT the amount that was in this particular RV was awful & should be treated. A aside from those initial issues the following day we decided to rent a golf cart to explore the park more & give our children the experience. (My husband rented it out (had his ID scanned) brought it back to our camp site to take us all on a ride. Once we returned I then drove us around ( I've never driven one before) so it was very exciting & definitely the highlight of our stay for all of us. During my drive we past the manager (STACE OR STACY) she then requested her maintenance staff to come take it away from us. They followed us back to our RV & said they were confiscating it. We took our kids off & went inside our RV. Maintenance stated that my ID was not scanned into their system & that they were told they had to take it away. (No refund would be given for the 1hr we had it $150 for 2 days) The contract that he signed stated all drivers have to be 18 years or older & hold a active driver license which I have. When we confronted maintenance about what the contract stated they were silent & said they were just following orders. It should of never been taken from us. Our bank is aware & we will get the money returned once it's posted on our account. They refused to look at my ID. It was our first time there, there was no warning given or even respect shown for our kids on how they addressed us. We believe, as well as other occupants that this was a rasical matter. It is very unfortunate that we were treated so poorly by this woman with 0 knowledge of customer service skills. We attempted to speak to the manager STACE, even left a voicemail requesting a call back. She did not call back. We decided from that point on we were cutting our stay short. Prior to leaving we wanted to do one last activity which was dinosaur tattoos, it was supposed to start at 9:30am... No staff showed up to do this activity so we waited an additional 20 mins to find someone to do the scheduled activity that they advertised. We went back to our RV & packed up. During check out Stace neglected to even speak or look at my husband. She showed no desire to resolve the issue or even show a lick of remorse. We will never be back again after this experience. We will be reporting her to corporate.

We had a wonderful vacation this year. This is our second time camping here. Very laid back, friendly, with lots to do for the kiddos. The splash park and pool are wonderful, they have panning for gems, arts and crafts, a train, fishing pond, and we were there for foam frenzy. We had a blast and can't wait to go back next year! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that our camper that we rented was in a little need of some love. Other than it was a perfect vacation!!!
