We loved the concept behind Autocamp! I’ve been wanting to check this place out for over a year and finally scratched this off my bucket list- something I would love to bring my 6-yr old Twins to as well - they would love it! It is so kid- and pet-friendly! Diverse population and accommodates many’s needs.

I went with my partner for one night this past weekend and loved it! The all white snow laying around from 2 nights prior was such an amazing unexpected touch! The location on the Catskills is ideal.

The vibes at the Lodge/common space with lit fire, live music, board games, self-pay market, small bar and snack options, and relaxed warm feels were absolutely wonderful!

I really loved the layout of the airstreams and private mini homes/lodges on the land, as well as the all-natural/low-toxic food and body products offered - it falls in complete alignment with what we seek and utilize ourselves.

The only downfall and reason for the 4 overall stars was the cleanliness and value of the airstream. Honestly, to be such a small space, you would think and expect that it would be cleaned very well and fairly easily, but we found a lot of built-up dust on the picture frames, light fixtures, and items laying around used to accessorize the room; the shower head also was oxidized with a lot of white oxidation visible that made it look and feel dirty. For a small accommodation that costs almost $400 per night, I would have expected a lot better in this respect.

Overall a great experience that I would recommend to others - but cleaning staff has to do better in this respect. The front desk and main lodge staff however was very helpful and sweet, never seemed bothered and were pretty chill.

Made us feel like we been here before. Like we were family that just came home from a long trip. I will be coming back very soon! Love Love Loved it.

We recently stayed at AutoCamp Saugerties and overall really loved the property itself. It’s such a quick and easy drive from New York City, but once you’re there it truly feels like you’ve had a real escape. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, and the concept delivers that elevated outdoor experience they promise.

The main lodge was also a highlight — having food available onsite, a bonfire at night, games, and organized activities made it easy to relax and enjoy the property without having to leave. There’s a great atmosphere there that makes it feel social but still cozy.

Unfortunately, we had two issues during our stay that impacted our experience.

First, we encountered a field mouse inside our Airstream. We completely understand that the property is in a natural setting and wildlife can happen, but finding a mouse inside the unit was unsettling and affected our comfort.

Second, during checkout, I had been granted a late checkout. When I arrived at the front desk at the approved time, I was told that I did not have late checkout before my reservation was reviewed. It felt accusatory and uncomfortable, especially since the information hadn’t been checked yet. Miscommunications happen, but the tone of the interaction felt unnecessarily abrupt.

I reached out afterward to share this feedback directly but did not receive a response, which was disappointing.

The property itself is lovely and has so much potential to be a go-to getaway from the city. We would consider returning and recommending it to others, but we hope guest concerns are handled with a bit more care and responsiveness in the future.

Had an amazing stay at AutoCamp Catskills. The property is beautifully designed, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our airstream was spotless, cozy, and felt both luxurious and close to nature. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made everything—from check‑in to campfire setup—effortless. The entire place has a calm, romantic vibe, with great walking paths, thoughtful amenities, and a layout that gives you privacy. It was the perfect escape, and already looking forward to coming back.
