Cedar Canyon Campground is well-maintained and offers beautiful, secluded spots among the pines, making it a lovely location for camping. The friendly and helpful camp host enhances the experience, with many guests appreciating the cleanliness of the facilities. Great camp. Too bad there seems to be no hiking trails extending from the campground?

Loved the area and beauty…just a little too close to the road, too noisy with the trunks at night

Great campground but the bathrooms need to cleaned way more often as in maintaining of the septic tanks. Flies everywhere this year when it was very clear last year.

This is a great spot to do an overnight stop but it's not really a destination campground. The proximity to the road does allow for traffic noise during the day but all is quiet after dark. It's only about 10 minutes from Cedar Breaks NM. Not all sites are RV friendly so make sure you do your research before booking if you are in a larger rig. I would use this campground again.

The campsite is small and quiet. The caretaker is awesome, very helpful and friendly. The facilities are very clean and well cared for. The campground itself is close to the road, which is loud at times as it is a mountain pass road with a pretty good incline - so cars/trucks are working hard up the grade. At night though, it's fairly quiet. Also, if you do no know the area, this campsite is at a decent altitude (8100 ft) and local forecasted temperatures from Cedar City should be adjusted appropriately. Plan on temperatures 10-20 degrees cooler.

The host was friendly and informative, appreciated them letting us know about the bugs, water issues, and other related items.
The bathrooms need to have the septic addressed, and the water pump was broken, generators were ran to make up for the broken pump.
The road noise is not the campgrounds fault, but there is a fair amount, very close to the road.
