We stayed here for 3 nights. Although it's close to the airport, the noise really wasn't that bad at all. Shower room was just ok, but the water was nice and warm so that evens it all out. Overall it was peaceful and we appreciated having a decent place to rest. We used our lot as our base camp as we traveled through out the days.

Upon arriving at the campground a situation arose that wasn’t ideal. The owner came to our camp site and personally apologized for the situation and definitely worked to make our stay better. We come to Paul Bunyan Campground frequently . The pool is warm and clean, playgrounds are fun, and sites are nice and clean. The owner is kind and definitely cares about her customers campground experience

Firstly, this campground can be loud. There's an airport close by where planes take off frequently. This wasn't a problem for me, but im a heavy sleeper.
That being said, this campground was wonderful. Clean, offered activities, communicated well. We spent four nights with tents and had a great time. Will definitely be returning to this location if we decide to take another Maine vacation.

My wife and I stayed there 8/8-8/11 and loved it. The site we had was right at the pond and was amazing. The whole campground is well maintained. The pool area is clean and the pool was very nice.
The General Manager Dennis Michaud and his wife and the whole crew there are great.
Our kids and grandkids visited each day and had a fabulous time as well. We highly recommend this campground and look forward to going back.

My family and I stayed at this campground for a week in July. Beautiful well kept campground at a great value. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was the cleanest I’ve ever been in. Very nice, shaded, mostly level sites for travel trailers/RV’s. New picnic tables and nice fire rings. Well manicured campground with events for kids and adults. We definitely plan on returning next year! Highly recommend.
