We stayed in one of the little cabins, which was nicely decorated and had the basic amenities needed for an overnight stay. Full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker supplied. We took advantage of the airboat tour (and saw lots of gators!) which was located just a short walk down the road at the marina.

This is a long review but if you want to know about this park keep reading. My boyfriend and I have been here 3 1/2 months ( Nursing contract). We leave in 2 days. Also RV Techs. We came in October. We made our reservations with Emily who was kind as she was smart. Emily has moved so no longer at the desk but if you see an RV/Camper Washing truck in the park it is her and her husband as it is a service they can provide. They do great work! Isabella and Gail are the ladies in the office and I adore them both! Kind, informative and welcoming. Isabella is bi-lingual so no worries if you speak Spanish. When we arrived we stayed at a cabin for a week. The cabins are more like mini houses. Beautiful and done tastefully. The woman that cleans them is Carmen and I have to say she was not only nice, funny and personable she gets it done and will help you anyway she can. When we got our RV and then to our site we were helped by a young man named Yetti. He is the sweetest young man ever. He has a smile and a great attitude for everyone. I think our site ( Catfish Circle #62 ) is the best lot in the park. Spacious, level, is big enough for our 44’ rig and the lot is shaded and huge. It also has a cute little outside lamp post and it’s next to spill over parking and a set of bathrooms. We have our own bathrooms but I wandered into a few of them on my daily walks and they are as nice and clean ( thanks Carmen! ) as the cabins. Updated and way prettier than you would expect. Our electric, sewer and water were all good with no issues. People keep their dogs on leashes and the lots are all good size. There is the front part ( closest to the Lake ) which is primarily transients like us that do not live here and the back part which is usually more people that live here. There are many small ponds throughout the park that are maintained with small alligators, turtles and many birds. The pool is very clean and it’s a nice area. There is a laundry building and you use an app to pay. It makes the whole park smell nice as it’s in the center of the park. Amazon delivers here everyday. There are some feral cats that people seem to look after and an owl that is in our lot tree almost daily. It appears a little obsessed with me and follows me. Weird but kind of cool. They have a large dog park and a marina here with Alligator boat rides. I have seen a negative review about the garbage. Sorry but I have never seen a problem here. They have a large trash compactor type dumpster and it works well. The only issue that you must be aware of are the trees. They are protected by the state and there are many which is why we picked this park. Who doesn’t want shade while in Florida? The trees are basically old oaks with twisting trunks. When you drive through you should always have someone walking along side and helping you navigate. I’ve seen and helped repair some banged up RV’s because they drove through in the dark and didn’t bother to have someone look out for branches. Everyone in this park will help you if you ask. There are three men in the park named Yetti, Charlie and Carlos ( also bi-lingual ) that ride around in golf carts and do park maintenance. All of them are happy to help you navigate trees. If you come in at night you have to stay outside the gates anyway ( because you need a code ) so just wait until it’s light out and park in the parking lot in front of the office. There is also a guard shed at the beginning of the road followed by another long road to the office. There are speed bumps and you will pass the cabins. At the end of the road turn left and the office will be on your left. There is a lot of construction on Boggy Creek Road which is where you enter the park. If you turn right at the stop lights you will have no issues getting in or out. This is a very clean, nice, safe park with lots of available sites and very nice people that work here. I have traveled the U.S. for years in an RV and this park is in the top 5 for me. I wish they would reopen the restaurant but it’s still a great place.

It's in nice quiet places, clean place and definitely friendly people. Space between the others kind of close but we managed to park our class a.
Lots of shady oak trees which made this place beautiful.
Pool was nice and clean. Wifi wasnt the best only one tv connected and phone and other devices had hard time connecting. Laundry room was clean and had many machines.
We would come back to if we come back to this part of Orlando.

Beautiful park. Quiet (just planes). Lots of locals. Big enough to walk everyday. Pool was nice. We enjoyed the pickle ball courts! We enjoyed also doing the air boat ride at the entrance of the campground. Staff was very nice and very patient with us getting all the packages!

The reason I give 4 stars is that some of the trees on the road getting to sites have low limbs. There's no way to avoid the tree by the bathroom and we damaged our roof. The RV repair guy said pretty much all the jobs he has is fixing roofs of people getting in trouble at that same spot. Apparently trees cannot be trimmed because park is considered as wildlife reserve.

Also, locals do not respect the 10 MPH speed limit, glad my kids are older, I would have been nervous.

This “resort” has unfortunately deteriorated significantly. The name may sound upscale, but the actual experience is far from it. Since our arrival, we have encountered continuous issues.

The laundry facilities are a recurring problem. Each visit results in lost money due to multiple washers and dryers being out of service, with no signage or maintenance to indicate which machines are functioning. You only discover the issue after the machine takes your payment.

On Thanksgiving morning, we woke up to a slashed tire, and the following morning, our vehicle was keyed. We had to replace the tire at our own expense. I contacted the office three separate times and was repeatedly told that the message would be passed along to Cheryl, the manager. However, she has never reached out to us. It gives the impression that vandalism is not a priority here, or perhaps it is so common that management simply does not address.

We were also instructed to move from a lot that we genuinely enjoyed because of false accusations made by a permanent resident who is closely associated with the maintenance supervisor. This situation directly involved discrimination related to my son’s disability. Both medical professionals and legal counsel confirmed that we were under no obligation to comply and that the request to move was discriminatory.

We were promised a shed as part of our agreement for a longer-term stay, yet months have passed and we still have not received it. Several work orders also remain unaddressed.

Additionally, we have experienced multiple package thefts, neighbors taking plants, and even instances of harassment. There is no sense of security or oversight within the community.

There is also no pest control provided. Before we even hooked up, we observed roaches in the septic area, which was extremely concerning.

At this point, I can only recommend this location for very short stays. It is not suitable for long-term stays. Communication is minimal, office staff turnover is constant, and management appears uninterested in resolving ongoing issues. This is not a resort by any reasonable measure; it is simply a trailer park with a fancy name. The only real benefit is its proximity to Lake Nona.

We do not recommend staying here.
