Policies & Rules

Arrival & departure

  • Checkout on Sunday requires leaving the key and locking the door.

Safety & rules

  • No smoking is allowed in accommodations or public areas.
  • Cleanliness is required at check-out; fees apply for excessive cleaning needs.
  • Quiet hours are enforced from 11 PM to 7 AM.
  • Guests must be 21 or older to make reservations, except for family members.
  • Photo ID may be required at check-in.
  • Policies may change; updates will be posted on-site and online.

Pets

  • Pets are prohibited in certain accommodations and areas.
  • Pets are allowed in the RV Park and Tent Camping area.
  • Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after.
  • Pets cannot be left alone in accommodations or areas.
  • Excessive barking from pets can lead to eviction without a refund.

General

  • Pool towels and shower towels are located in the dome. The pool towels have blue stripes on them. Extra pool towels are located at the front desk.

  • A Private Pool is not included with the reservation.
  • Check in is anytime after 3 pm

Amenities

  • Pool access is included with your stay during business hours.
  • Restroom access is available in the lobby and down the hall, with specific closing times.
  • Restrooms down the hall are open overnight on Saturday and all day Sunday.
  • Admission to hot springs is not included with RV and Tent Camping.
  • Reservations are necessary for access to outdoor General Admission Pools.
  • Private hot pool reservations should be made in advance.

Deposit

  • Keurig is located in the lobby, coffee pods, creamer and cups are located in the dome.
  • Please feel free to come to the front office with any questions or concerns.
  • If you would like to add one, please book this online at https://www.miraclehotsprings.com/soak and leave a note stating you are staying in our overnight accommodation. There will be an additional charge for the private pool, but the general admission fee will be waived. If you have any questions, reach out to our reservations team.

Vehicles & parking

  • Dome accommodations have designated parking spaces.

Noise

  • Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
  • Attention: During the summer months the sprinklers will be running in the early morning hours around the domes. Please do not leave anything outside the dome that you do not want to get wet.

Guests

Fires & fuel

  • Fires are permitted only in specific fire areas.

Check-out

  • Guests staying in the Glamping Domes and Park Home receive complimentary access to General Admission Pools at Miracle Hot Springs from check in to departure anytime during business hours Monday through Saturday.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations 48 hours in advance incur a fee; $10 for RV/Tent, 10% for accommodations.
  • Cancellations after the 48-hour window are non-refundable.
  • No refunds for no-shows or early check-outs.
  • No refunds for discomforts caused by nature.
