People that run gate are always nice and helpful. Most people are respectful of those around them. Very nice park. We go multiple times every season

Beautiful location to camp , We could not figure out which site to book by looking at the picture but lukily the choice we made was perfect , we were on G4 and it was very close the the beach and also felt very private as there were only two more groups and which were at some good distance away from our site
Only issue was with the toilet , the group tents area had just a pit toilet and next one closest was always locked out during our stay , there was one more shower area which was further away which has some water damage in the shower area but the toilets were cleaned out frequently
Overall a great place to camp as we had no restrictions staying up talking until early morning , in most of the other camp area we always had some one come and warn us about the noice but here it was very friendly and the Neighboring campers were very very friendly as well , site being close to beach was a big advantage , there was enough space for kids to play around safely, I will surely recommend and come again

Site is not level (front to back). Pretty close quarters with other campers. No sewer.

This is a great campground. The bath houses could use more attention better cleaning or upkeep.

Great campground, very peaceful and quiet, with very easy access to running water. Just make sure to arrive before they close the gates for the night (you can always get out without any problems).

We always love coming to this campground. I love the sites and all the trees! We can bike and walk at this campground. The problem is however, it too hard to get in and when you do there are several spaces that are vacant. People reserve even when they are not going to be there and I don't feel that is fair. Let everyone have a chance to visit and decompress at this beautiful campground. I realize that the state park gets the revenue one way or another but it sure would be nice to be able to come and actually experience. It is very frustrating not to be able to book a space and then come and see so many empty sites or to see sites with RV's there but NO people!!! To me that is very selfish for people to take up the sites and not be there.
Many of us need these types of places just to decompress from daily living experiences:)
Thank you for taking such good care of this campground! Until the next time!

There are several spots in d and e that could use more gravel or blade in to be more level. I had to block my Rv up 6 inches on one side to be half way level on e-15
