Great place, kind people. I noticed there were some bad reviews from approximately a year ago; during that time, the employees were forced to do telework; this includes the front desk. A lot of information was included on the front door; there is also a district office in Roseburg they could've called to get answers. COVID made things difficult for everyone, the Forest Service included.

Very helpful staff, lots of info and a neat historical site for the information center location (you are standing in a Civilian Conservation Corps building if you go into the Visitor's center).

Beautiful cozy campsites right next to the creek! Perfect for a family wanting access to water or a couple on a relaxing trip watching nature go by.
The campsites and vault toilet were well maintained and clean.
Just a short walk and you get a great view of Clearwater Falls.

Such a peaceful experience. The falls that are right there only added to the serenity of the site. The bathroom was clean too. Simple, affordable, and serene.
