About Hemlock Lake Campground

Hemlock Lake Campground sits at a beautiful 28-acre, man-made reservoir surrounded by stands of mixed conifers. This reservoir is 33 feet at its deepest point. It is stocked with trout which provides for good fishing from the banks or by boat. Hike the loop around the lake, sit at the nearby picnic area, or put your boat in at the boat ramp.

General

  • Campfires are allowed in developed Forest Service installed metal fire rings when conditions allow. Learn more about current fire information: https://www.fs.usda.gov/r06/umpqua/fire/info. Electric or water hook ups are not available. Drinking water is not available, please bring your own. Trash facilities are not available; pack it in, pack it out. Fireworks are prohibited. OHV/ATV use is prohibited in the campground. There is no cell phone coverage. Dogs must be on a leash. Maximum length of stay anywhere on the forest is 14 days. Must pay via Scan & Pay onsite with the Recreation.gov app. Campground may not be accessible during the winter months.
