People shooting off shotguns, loud amplified music. This was for the three days of Memorial Day weekend. The rest of the time it was beautiful. I really nice campground. A drawback was that only one of the three toilets was in order.
I have doubts about the new payment system. I don’t believe that most of the people there were using it or paying. Many don’t have smart phones also the fact that you can only pay for I believe five days at a time instead of the full two week period that you’re allowed was a drawback. I originally was going to stay 10 days but the fact every time I re-upped for my site I had to pay a service charge was discouraging. It seems as though you’re making access to wilderness camping less available and not more.

- Campfires are allowed in developed Forest Service installed metal fire rings when conditions allow. Learn more about current fire information: https://www.fs.usda.gov/r06/umpqua/fire/info. Electric or water hook ups are not available. Drinking water is not available, please bring your own. Trash facilities are not available; pack it in, pack it out. Fireworks are prohibited. OHV/ATV use is prohibited in the campground. There is no cell phone coverage. Dogs must be on a leash. Maximum length of stay anywhere on the forest is 14 days. Must pay via Scan & Pay onsite with the Recreation.gov app. This site may not be accessible in the winter months.
