The trash was overflowing the whole time we were there and the bathrooms ran out of TP. I really like this campground and the pizza at the end of the trail was good. Just was suprised at the status of the trash. Other than that it was a great stay. Be bug prepared for sure

Showed up to get into our reserved campsite and someone was camped in it from the previous day. No help from the camp host. Left a note for the camp host. They never came and spoke with us. Finally found the spot was available at about 10:30 p.m. on the day that we arrived. They put us in another campsite. That was damaged and full of hatching mosquitoes. Move our spot and finally got settled in our reserved location with no help from the staff. I'll never go back.

Great location for visiting crater lake and Tokatee falls. Extremely large camping sites which was awesome. We wish there had been a few dedicated areas throughout the park where you could access the lake without going through a campsite of someone who had a lakefront site. The bathrooms were consistently dirty. Gorgeous views of the lake though.

The three closest restrooms closest to our 3 reserved campsites were closed/out of order. We were alerted that one restroom was closed, but 3?! The least they could do would be to bring in porta-potties, after paying top dollar. We had to bicycle 1/2 mile to the boat ramp to do our business. Diamond Lake Campground needs to get it together for their busy camping season. The season they make their money, and want to be inviting to campers the following season.

Our reservation was for four nights and we left after the first night. We prepared for the mosquitoes, well we thought we did. What we didn't plan for were the other tiny bugs that swarmed all around us, which made it impossible to eat our food, so we ate in the car. Also, we could not sleep in the tent because our tent was infested with them and all over our air mattresses, so we slept in the car. The campsite was a little overgrown, so there were a ton of different bees. The facilities were disgusting and not maintained at all, so we checked out after one night. I would not recommend this campsite to anyone.

The sites were beautiful, spacious and relatively private. The hosts friendly and helpful. We loved our time and hated leaving. Definitely will be back!
