Overall a nice campground. The camp sites were pretty private and not on top of each other like other campgrounds. Was very buggy while I was there so definitely bring bug spray. Not a far drive from glacier national park. There is a “resort” a few minutes north that has kayak, canoe, and boat rentals which was unexpected and a nice way to spend some time on the lake. The bathroom facilities were ok, could be cleaner, but free hot showers was nice. Camp host was awesome and had a little setup to use their WiFi.

This site IS NOT good for trailers. The site is a drive in straight style on a one way road. There is no place to turn around to back in your trailer. This would be a fine spot for a small RV or van style camper.
The campsite itself is great and semi private. Close to the bathroom and two water outlets. If you don’t mind driving down to the lake this is a great campground.

The trash was overflowing the whole time we were there and the bathrooms ran out of TP. I really like this campground and the pizza at the end of the trail was good. Just was suprised at the status of the trash. Other than that it was a great stay. Be bug prepared for sure

We have started a tradition with the kids and grand kids to camp at Diamond Lake during the fishing derby weekend. I just want to say the campgrounds are great and everyone I have encountered at the campground, lodge, restaurant, bar and store have been so friendly and helpful! I think this is our 4th year of camping here and I have never encountered a bad employee. Also, you can tie your boat up pretty much anywhere you camp so you don't have to go to the marina to pull your boat out. Nice feature!! Beautiful lake and surroundings!!

Well because they are so short handed they say the park is full but that is not the case. People just reserve and don’t show up. We missed being close to our group because of they selfish people that do not cancel there reservations. Very sad we don’t have great funding for our parks!

We loved Diamond Lake Campground. Despite a large number of campsites, it remained quiet in our loop during the three nights we stayed there. Never had any contact with the campground hosts, although we didn't expect to. Loved that we were able to get on our bikes and ride around the lake on the 11-mile, paved John Dellenback Trail. That was one of the highlights of our stay and an under publicized amenity. The 4th of July fireworks on the lake were better than most city displays I've witnessed.

Our site was really not ideal for tent camping, it was not level. Previous campers left a lot of trash in the fire ring. No one was working the welcome hut which was not a big deal but seemed odd for a holiday weekend. The lake itself is amazing though and we had a really nice relaxing time! Bugs were awful but tis the season. Would also be nice if at the marinas it was specified if there was separate parking for cars vs boat trailers. A guy with a trailer was super rude to us, saying we parked in trailer parking, but nothing was marked
