This campground is fantastic! It is extremely well managed by the camp hosts. It’s lake is crystal clear with lots of fish. The hiking from the lake into the spectacular mountains is top notch!

We loved how beautiful the campground was and conveniently located near Trial Lake. The majority of the camp sites were spaced nicely so that you had privacy and weren't stacked right on top of another camper. The bathrooms were nicely maintained and the camp host was knowledgeable and welcoming. The only thing lacking was not having the water faucets turned on and available. It was a bit inconvenient having to bring in our own water, but no big deal.

Regarding spots 23 & 24: it’s disgraceful to try and call this two separate spots. These are the only “two” spots in the whole campground that share a driveway, with a hastily spray painted line to try to cram two vehicles into. One side is in the bushes, and the other is hanging off a crumbling/deteriorating drop off that I wouldn’t want to have to get towed out of. The two fire pits and tables are so close you make eye contact at pretty much every angle. Trial is beautiful, just not these “two” sites.
