Location is absolutely beautiful and this is a very popular campground. Other campers were polite and respectful. As I understand it - only one unpaid campground host for this quite large campground. He did his best but it is more than a one man job. Bathrooms were pretty rough at times, hand sanitizer was out, toilet paper limited. The new bathrooms were nicer - the older ones are showing their age. Water quality from good - depending on were you got it from. Did not use the beach area. All in all - this is a wonderful campground that deserves better care.

A lot of sites at this campground, but if you choose wisely/are lucky, many are well wooded between each. Clean bathrooms, easy access to 2 lakes, very well kept. Busier than other NF sites I've been to, but still very nice! Lucked out in late June- no rain and never had to put on bug spray! (Very rare!)

Great campground, awsome sites, beautiful lake, only down fall is if you need ice, they no longer sell it at the campground, you have to drive to Drummond to get any. Minor inconvenience, wish they still sold it onsite.

Beautiful site with views of the lake. It was always quiet even during waking hours and the camp host was friendly and other campers were polite.

Absolutely the best campsite I have ever experienced!! The camp host “Sparky” was very helpful and kept the large campground pit toilets fresh and clean.

The campground although full was so quiet. We had a site on the lake. It was a little steep getting down there, but that was not a problem for any of us. The lake itself is so beautiful. Clean, clear and warm enough to swim and play. We had a large group and a few spots. Everyone fell in love with the Two lakes and we cannot wait to return and explore more. The little “gas” station in Drummond has EVERYTHING a person could need. It was a great family trip. Are only disappointments was that the kids had cell service. We were hoping they could unplug for week, but all phones worked perfectly. That could be a plus for some but we wanted a detox from our devices. (The adults did detox the phones)

We have been coming to Two Lakes for 12 years. Always in good shape and clean bathrooms. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. I know there is a staff shortage but all is well

From Drummond follow Forest Road 213 southeast to the intersection of
Forest Road 213 and 216. Veer left (east) and continue on Forest Road 213
for 2 miles. Veer right (south) onto Forest Road 214 and travel 0.5 mile
to the campground.

General
- First-come, first-served sites may be available
- Aquatic Invasive Species decontamination is required by Bayfield County ordinance when you land your boat at the Two Lakes Campground or North Outlet landing on Lake Owen. The campground has a sanitizing station with a mild bleach solution to kill AIS and the North Outlet Landing has a hot water washing system. Either may be used prior to entering the lake.
- Maximum vehicle size is 50 feet Maximum of 8 people and 4 vehicles at each camp site. Vehicle capacity limit includes vehicles, wheeled camping units and trailers.
- Reserved Sites will be held until the day following your arrival date. Sites must be occupied by the checkout time of that following day to hold a reservation or the site will be forfeited and released to other guests. Once your reservation start date has begun, neither the Recreation.gov Contact Center nor the campground manager will be able to modify your reservation.
- Don't move firewood: To limit the spread of invasive tree-killing pests, firewood from outside the area is not permitted. Some states have quarantines and may confiscate your firewood. Please help protect our forests from invasive species by obtaining your firewood at or near your camping destination and burning it on-site. Visit dontmovefirewood.org for more information.
