Such a fun cabin. Plenty of cups, paper plates and untensils. Propane lantern just needs propane, and there were lots of games. Beautiful views and hiking.

Absolutely stunning views. Road gets rough in the last 11 miles, we made it in a front wheel drive vehicle, but only because it was dry. If it was snowy, 4WD or AWD would have been the only option. Cabin is well kept with tons of room to sleep. We loved it and will definitely be back!

Always a favorite- only complaint is how booked it is but I think that speaks to how incredible this cabin is. I hope all "bookers" enjoy their stay and that this cabin stays available for all folks that continue to enjoy it

Wonderful, cabin. Lots of beds, and stayed plenty warm with the wood stove. Will be back.

Beautiful location! We were asked to leave due to weather and flooding in the area but we are already booking our next trip. Great area for kids to play. Clean and comfortable!

Awesome place to stay in any weather. The year round beauty is majestic no matter the season. It’s easy to sleep peacefully and the old fashion wood burning stove keeps you toasty cozy through the night. Many Thanks to Rangers and volunteers who keep our heritage history alive for future generations to enjoy! Sincerely Ashley Gorman Lord willing I’ll be back again next year.

This is a fantastic cabin. We traveled on January 11 and were able to drive to the cabin, however it snowed overnight and it would have been tougher to drive by the 12th. There are beds for 8 people in two bedrooms. Lots of wood storage in the cabin. The splitting maul was broken in the wood shed, but we were able to make do. Great outdoor fire pit area. Indoor wood stove kept us toasty warm all night. Be sure to bring extra TP! The vault toilet ran out, so we left our extra TP for the next guests. There are a few pots for boiling water/humidification, but you'll need to bring your cooking supplies.

Wonderful, spacious cabin with hiking trails right out the door. The pit toilet was nicer and cleaner than many at other cabins we've visited.
